Beautiful sofa that is incredibly comfortable. Assembly is fast and easy with a total of three back cushions and the large sofa base. The sofa cushions are firm but for me this helps with the back support for movie nights and long gaming sessions. Time will tell how it holds up, but this sofa has so far exceeded my expectations and I am completely satisfied. 10/10 ... show more

I am very touchy about my recliner. I want one that I can put in a full upright position, doesn't rock and is comfortable when all the way back. This chair fits the bill better than any I have ever tried. Also the quality and price were excellent.

This chair is super comfy, does everything I want it to. The faux leather feels fantastic and should hold up. Assembly was easy, guys dropped it off and all you have to do is cut the zip ties and plug in cables, also put on back to chair and bam you are rolling. Before I review this item, I did want to thank amazon for their telephone staffs customer service skills. I had an issue with the delivery and wont go into details as this review should be for the item. But amazons call center is excellent. They should be congratulated for their stellar work. On to this item. Couple thinks buyers should know about this chair. First is that while it claims to come fully assembled, it does not. The good news there is its simple to do. It actually took me a lot longer to remove the packaging than it did to put the seat back on and plug in the necessary cables. It should say "mostly fully assembled." Like I said tho do not let that stop you. This is a nice item. Second is that it weighs a lot. I was able to handle it alone. I am a 54 year old man and it was not a problem. People who might not be able to handle heavy objects should probably work as a pair, but you can do it without it. With that said, this item is perfect for what I bought it for. Its a bit firm and I would not want to sleep in it, but then again that is not why i bought it. beds are for sleeping in. I bought this to be a theater chair. it excels at this. As noted above the setup is a snap. The packaging is a little over the top but my product was undamaged so that is a good bit of news. The mechanisms work smoothly and without much fuss. What i really love about this chair tho is the arm rests with build on storage. Like most people these days, i have more than 1 remote. I have not found the perfect universal yet. now i have a place to put my remotes when i am not using them instead of having them wander all over my house. My only complaint is that i wish the footrest was about 3 inches longer. This chair is not a fluffy pillow for your slumber. But it is great for your home theater, and who wants to sleep when you are for instance watching a movie or the hockey game? I could have paid less money for a cushion with arm rests. But that is not what i wanted. ... show more

Love the looks and it feels well made but just not comfortable for me. The proportions are all wrong. I'm 5' 9" tall. My feet hang off the footrest but my head doesn't reach the adjustable headrest when reclined. Very strange. Maybe best for someone with short legs and a long torso. It doesn't lay flat. Also, it's so firm it almost feels that it's pushing me out. I'm definitely sitting on top of it. ... show more
