Overall a pretty good little sofa. I'm not super pleased with the way the cushioning on the edge of the seat is holding up. I've had the piece for about a year, it gets minimum use and the cushioning is beginning to break down.

I hate to say this but this couch is not comfortable. It was easy to put together. But the comfortability of it is a no-go. The size is great, the color is great, it is a firm couch, but it is not comfortable.

WARNING: PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO DELIVERY OPTIONS or you too will get a couch in your driveway. It’s a little confusing and you have to pay/arrange for it to be brought inside the house/delivered to a specific room! If you don’t arrange the right delivery it’s going to be left somewhere on your property that you probably don’t want it. That being said, I won’t be letting the delivery impact my review because that was my husbands fault. I think this might be the most comfortable furniture piece I’ve ever owned and this is replacing two reclining chairs we had for years. The sofa is absolutely perfect for me (5’5”) but a little small still for my husband height wise (6ft) and his feet hang off the foot rest— a pillow under his calves/feet helps him feel perfectly relaxed and to be fair HE bought ME this loveseat but I’d figured I’d add this for the tall folks. I’m also a midsize girlie with bigger hips and I will say that I think this is best for average sized folks or smaller— I think I’m just right for this couch and I’m a size 12/14 ladies but if I were a little bigger I think I would be too big due to my wider hips. That being said it is perfect for my husband and I, it is excellent for watching TV/relaxing in our family room. The neck and back support is absolutely perfect and it’s very easy to recline as much or as little as you want. It’s not often you get this level of neck and head support while watching tv and I truly think this kind of support helps correct your posture or at least not worsen it. I don’t think we have ever been this happy with an online furniture purchase before. ... show more

Very nice but couch was damaged upon delivery. Couch was also lost in shipping and took an extra month to get here from what it was supposed to. It was around Christmas time so I did give some grace because of that. But was disappointed to find that the couch was loose and defective. I will be asking for a refund. Every time I sit down I have to push the side of it to make the cushion straight again. After all that waiting, just to have it damaged was very disappointing. Edit: After 4 months the recliner on the right side does not stay reclined all the way back at all. It half reclines, but the leg rest goes down. I have to use all my strength to even try to keep it reclined. I have to sit on the left side all the time now. Ugh!!! Waste of money. :( Original review: I'm loving the recliner. The only problem I have is the leg rest doesn't lock in and stay put. If I move my legs it moves down. I thought when the leg rest pull is closed it would lock and when you pull it open it unlocks, but it doesn't. That's the only issue I have. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I would have taken a full picture, but I have folded laundry on the other side. Lol Also the delivery guys couldn't get the box through my door so they just left it outside the door. I had to pull it out all by myself. They couldn't even help me take the pieces inside.
