Between the delivery team and the actual couch itself I have to give an outstanding review. The couch is comfortable, the recline is a little stiff but I suspect that's because it's brand new. It arrived in great shape, and the delivery team took great care with it.

I would've absolutely given this a five stars, because overall it's beautiful, the fabric is soft, it seems to be fairly sturdy, but there are a couple of problems. The only complaint I have, is the foot rest do not stay up in the first position. Unless you are completely reclined back, they fall to the floor with just putting your feet on them. I am not a very big person, neither is my husband. and both of us have the same problem. ... show more

The couch was very easy to get through the door. The couch took 5 minutes to assemble, only needed to put the back pieces of the couch on which just slides on. It was very comfortable. Now delivery was a bit tideous because of communication issues from third party. This was one of the worst purchases I have done. The recliner worked great for initial 60 days maybe and then just started falling apart. One of the corner seats is now turned at an angle of 10 degrees just by regular sitting on it. The ergonomics is so bad that my back has started to hurt. Additionally the seats have started to sink in. Think twice before buying this. I would personally give it a zero star if I could. ... show more

This couch came in one piece. Which surprised my husband and I as we thought we’d have to assemble it. The delivery drivers were so nice and took it right into our living room and unboxed it for us and took away all the trash with it. They were so kind and really went above and beyond to make sure the couch was put somewhere easy for us to move around . As far as the couch itself goes, it’s very sturdy and comfortable. I imagined it would be much more plush than it is.. but it’s not bad! The only downside to this couch is how much effort it takes to close the recliner bit.. it’s like a hard kick backwards which isn’t bothersome unless you have back issues. The sofa is well manufactured, we liked the color too. But for us was too small 😔 😕 😪 husband didn't fit comfortably. The return was easy, but the refund is taking too long!!! 30 days after they receive the couch and still didn't get there!!

If you're tight on money and just want "a" couch, this will do the job. The delivery team was nice and brought it up to my 3rd story apartment free of charge. If I had someone who could help me I would consider buying a nicer couch on the marketplace but it's also nice not worrying about the things a used couch can come with. With the price considered it's a great couch, I'd give it around a 5/10 for couches overall. If you're tall, I wouldn't recommend this couch as my feet practically hang off when reclining and I'm 5'9. ... show more
