Wife and I assembled these. After the first chair was assembled (15 mins) Each remaining chair (purchased 4) were successively quicker. All four were assembled in lass than an hour. I used a dewalt screw gun and dialed the clutch to about 10. This also required me to cut the 90 degree end off of one of the supplied Allen keys. I then hand tightened each screw to avoid stripping or over tightening. Once I did that. I had a speedy way of inserting the screws. I recommend pre-inserting the screws into the pre drilled holes prior to attaching the parts. This allows for ease of entry while attaching the parts. PRO TIP use a 16 penny nail to line up parts that have multiple holes. Overall… we love them. They are comfortable and super sturdy. Will definitely buy more. ... show more

The chairs are delivered partially assembled, and are easy to put together. They are large….I’m 6’ 235 and they fit me perfectly. Very sturdy, roomy and comfortable. The material will last forever and they are the perfect addition to our outdoor firepit . The color is really more of a grey than navy blue, but that’s fine with us. Great chairs, very sturdy and comfortable. My husband HATED assembling the first one. The screws were very difficult to fit into the pre-drilled holes. The holes were obviously too small in some places. My 2 sons and I assembled the other 3 I bought. Yes, it took time, but the directions were simple. We took care and extra time to screw in the screws attaching the arms to the upright front leg posts. So be aware of the the assembly issue. Just be careful with the lettered pieces to assemble, as there were a few mix-ups. Very pleased with quality and navy color. Very comfortable chair, which I sat on in Cardi's furniture store, but for way less. Will be purchasing more!!

We paid $123.99 and they are worth that price. Not all of the pieces are exactly the same color. We were missing a screw and Ashley was completely unhelpful. Spent well over an hour before giving up. Purchased a replacement screw at the hardware store. The texture is not as nice as Polywood and the grain is much more open. We found them comfortable. The seating position is nice. Do yourself a favor and carefully use an impact driver with a Philips drill bit. Otherwise your wrists are going to be sore and the assembly time rather long. ... show more

    • Predrilled holes DID NOT line up. Had to hire a handyman to drill holes to complete the chairs!!

TERRIBLE TO ASSEMBLE!! The pre drilled holes in the 2 chairs did not line up at all!! Had to pay a handyman to come and drill the holes for the chairs to be put together. Not happy at all!!
