So we ordered this product one month ago and it went out if stock. Light brown was no longer available as choice and their party sellers had jacked up their prices. I contacted Amazon twice during this time but the item was out of stock even though the order was placed before. After one month this item was delivered and let me tell you it was worth the wait. It's comfortable, and I'm happy with it. It's good for short people, because my feet can actually reach the floor. I'm 5'2". I wouldn't suggest it for a large person. In my opinion, it doesn't look like leather at all. It's textured, and I'm curious to see how the fabric will hold up. I've had it a few months now, and so far it's good. I loved my chair, Until I sat down and stuffing is coming out of arm rests. There is apparently a zipper and it’s separated and this isn’t a vibe for me. I need a replacement or a refund. UPDATE: I reached out to customer service who in turn sent me to Ashley And they were extremely helpful and promptly acted to assist in my situation. I wanted an additional chair for my living room and wanted a reclining rocker. I bought this one cuz' the price was reasonable. I probably should have sent it back. The seat is very narrow ... a person with extra pounds. would not fit in this chair. It also is not "very rockable" with the seat reclined. Wish I had made a different selection ... I received a text stating it would be delivered between 10:15am -1:15pm. I went out to get the mail and the box was in my Front porch area. Box was too big To get inside the door so I took it apart and then the chair. Great chair. Very firm which I like. But, the delivery person should have at Least rang the doorbell when it arrived.
