I bought this bed about 5 years ago after sleeping on it at a family member’s house. I immediately thought it was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on. I will never get another mattress! My boyfriend and I just bought this mattress for a second time as we wanted a new mattress after moving into our new home. Once again, I am falling in love with this purchase. The price is amazing! The top is plushy but the bed is firm. It genuinely feels like you are sleeping on a cloud but with support. I wouldn’t change one thing about this mattress. We will be getting it in all of our guest rooms! In addition to its comfort, the unboxing process was super easy. We had it delivered to our front door without the room delivery service. We live in a three story townhouse, and though the box was heavy, my boyfriend and I were able to manage easily! The mattress will slowly inflate while you roll it out of the plastic. Don't worry, it wont pop up in your face, lol! After 24 hours it was fully inflated but we waited the whole 48 just to be safe! There was a slight chemical smell during the inflating process but after it was done the smell had gone away completely! This is a must have!

I am always skeptical when it comes to buying furniture, especially mattresses online and on Amazon. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this mattress. It came in the box. Packaging was great. It was easy to take out of the package. When I put it on my bed, it didn’t take that long to expand. I could sleep on it that night and it was still very comfortable. This bed is a perfect combination of firm and soft but more so on the firm side, but not uncomfortably firm I do not have back pain when I wake up in the morning. I feel like it gives me great support and it didn’t smell that bad either Smell a little chemically but that’s to be expected with a new mattress. However it is faded now after a week or so I am very, very, very happy with this purchase and I would definitely recommend it and purchase it again.

We have had the mattress for a few weeks now. If you have had a soft bed in the past this one takes a little time to adjust to. Although it is a medium firm/soft it is very comfortable. It still has the memory foam top with a bounce back after you get up. There is slight movement when laying next to someone but you have really have to concentrate on feeling it.

This mattress seems good quality and well designed. However I don’t recall reading in the description that it was soft. Seems like a hassle to return a mattress so I’m keeping it but I feel like my back would of done better with a more firm mattress. If you have back pain I don’t think this is the mattress for you. My husband loves it so much so that’s why is still getting 4 stars.

If my house burned down tomorrow and I had to buy another mattress, I would absolutely buy this again. We bought a king size, and followed the instructions and let it rest and expand for 48 hours. Way too Firm Not 12" rise and definitely Not 59.8 width ✖️UPDATE 01/24/25✖️ I can definitely confirm that this bed is causing my restless legs syndrome to be absolutely horrific from almost non existent. I slept on it for 3 days and when I became restless I moved to my couch for over a week. I wanted it to not be this bad so I went back to the bed for the past 5 days praying it wasn't the bed, and each day I could feel the jerks start to completely full blown! I can't handle it! Also, feels like I'm sleeping on a hard brick! if I wanted to do that, I could go to Home Depot and buy some bricks. Or sleep on my hard floor. DO NOT BUY this bed if you can't handle too firm and or suffer restless legs syndrome!!!✖️ back to my couch I go!!!!!!!! I'm so disappointed and can't believe I'm even writing this as well as surprised I'm only able to give 2 stars. The 2 stars are for the way it was packaged and how beautiful the bed really is! First off, I did A LOT of research! Reading so many reviews until I turned blue in the face. Which also took over a week for my decision. I had limited funds to buy a new mattress because I have severe back problems from a MVA when I was younger. Getting broadsided, ejected and pinned under my own car has done quite a number on my body, back and neck. Also suffer severe restless leg syndrome. The hubby and I just moved and only had a full size mattress (that was quite comfortable but I couldn't find that exact one in a queen) so I searched high and low diligently looking at reviews. Need a somewhat firm mattress but it definitely has to have some plush givy. This says medium firm and is NOT comfortable to me at all. After night 3 of sleeping on it I realized (besides hurting in my back more than normal) that I had been waking with those unwanted rls jerks I haven't had in a LONG time. Couldn't take it anymore so I moved to my broken down couch and feel better! It's a bummer that I haven't been back to my bedroom to actually sleep since....and when I look at it, I just want to cry! I'm going to have to wait until I get more funds (which is going to be forever) to purchase a comfortable plush cloud like mattress topper. I wish people wouldn't leave reviews saying this was like sleeping on a cloud when it's not! It's way too firm. Now here's the big kicker. My full size mattress was comfy but my 6"3 hubby and I didn't sleep comfortably because of the width. This bed is supposed to be I believe like 59.8" in width but only came to 56.8 which is 3" not wide enough! I got rid of my 54" comfortable mattress because it wasn't wide enough and only gained about 2.8" when I was supposed to gain 5.8" Big difference!!!!! :( Also, 12" height only fluffed to 9.5" Buyers BEWARE just because of the great company that makes this and so many positive reviews (aside from me not being comfortable on it) it doesn't go 12" and maybe y'all should not just focus on the height but also check your width! I still haven't checked the length because I had enough that it's not wide enough and that was the whole purpose of getting a queen bed. Now I'm on my couch! Maybe I just happened to get one that got cut short with extra firmness! :( P.S. I can't send this bed back because I live in a very small apartment and had to break the box down. Very disappointed and sad. I can't even look at the bed without wanting to cry! I'd like a full refund.....

Mattress set up easily. Very little smell when it came out of the plastic and the little smell there was dissipated quickly. Mattress fluffed up quickly and guests report it is comfortable to sleep on.
