I received these dressers today and was so excited to put it together. I was initially thinking of hiring someone to help me but decided to give it a go and I’m glad I did! I purchased the 6 drawer and 5 drawer dressers and they are perfect! The dressers came well packaged and super easy to assemble. I needed to take this to the bedroom on the 2nd floor so I unboxed it downstairs and carried the pieces upstairs little by little. The instructions are very easy to follow. I was most worried about assembling the drawer tracks and making sure the drawers are even but thank goodness the drawer tracks were already pre-installed! Very solid dresser and doesn’t feel unstable on my carpeted floor. I wouldn’t worry about it tipping over my kids even if the drawers were all pulled out. But of course, I anchored it to the wall for extra security. The anchor kit was easy to use as well. It took me about 2 hours to assemble the 6 drawer dresser and 1 hour to assemble the 5 drawer dresser since I have no helper. Very pleased with this purchase! Really good price for a great quality dressers! I highly recommend it!

While the value and the quality are awesome, it seems to need better packaging for shipping. I had the first one arrive with a damaged box and missing pieces and one corner broken, then I had a replacement sent that ended up having two of the main pieces completely broken. I was fortunate that I had not sent back the original yet and was able to switch out the piece so I could make a whole one. However, if I’d already sent back that first one I would be waiting still on yet another one. So just check it throughout when it arrives. Don’t take a chance of missing your 30 day return/replace window. Otherwise, the product itself is okay. It’s not the sturdiest furniture that I’ve ever purchased but it was a great deal for the price. Just a heads up on that shipping damage bc I have had this stuff sitting in my living room floor (the damaged stuff) waiting for a pilot pickup that apparently takes weeks. I hope your experience is better-may e they will start packaging it better with returns needing replaced and such.

Let’s get one point out of the way: the carved wooden panel is lovely. If that wasn’t so great, this would definitely be a one star review. Some guy in India is doing a fantastic job hand carving these panels, and I’ve wanted to own furniture like this for 20 years. If the entire piece was to the same quality as the panels, I’d be giving this six out of five stars. However, the quality of the rest of this piece is about the same as something cheap and rickety from Walmart. It’s entirely pressed plywood with a cheap veneer. It’s rickety and the edges don’t line up. The way in which you’re supposed to wedge the joinery together is downright trash. It doesn’t fit evenly. The lines are uneven. Some of the drawer slides don’t close all the way. The instructions were missing, and it took an arm and a leg to get Ashley Furniture to email us a copy because they don’t deal with customers who didn’t buy directly from them. The instructions say not to put put anything on top. The wood is so cheap, you can tell that it would sag under the weight of a dictionary. I don’t expect this piece to last even five years. Overall, this product is NOT worth the price. I only gave it three stars because the wood panel really is quite lovely.

I was expecting a better quality product for the brand and price. This wasn't too difficult to put together, granted my boyfriend did most of the work. It looks really nice once put together but first of all, who still makes furniture with sharp edges and corners!? That alone takes a star. Another problem is that the boards are not this color (stained or painted) but rather they use self-adhesive stickers and glue them to the boards. This would be fine but they didn't do that great a job with them, at all, because most if not all the boards that make up the front part of the drawers arrived scratched or with damaged edges. The top board which is a darker color has what looks like black marker lines in it (I've attached pictures for reference). Overall an okay product but definitely not worth the price, even with a discount. I tried to contact Amazon support but their bot stated they don't replace parts and the Ashley furniture return/part center asks for a model and serial code, and I don't have them. We would have returned this if it wasn't such a hassle at this point...

I waited a bit to write a review on this item, as I wanted to know how it would hold up. I bought it a little less than a year ago. When it arrived, bottom piece on the front of the dresser was completely snapped in half, so I had to request a replacement. Assembly wasn't terrible, but you could quickly tell that the drawers were not great quality. A few months later we noticed that the drawers began sticking. This was due to flimsy metal lips that bend either way on the side of the drawer. These pieces were meant to catch the drawer from going in too far, but instead bent and made it get caught on the inside of the rail slide. The top right drawer face eventually just fell off completely. It's not repairable, because the composite wood crumbled. I would not purchase unless you only plan to have it more as a show piece. Honestly very sad because it goes so well with the room.

This is not sturdy at all. The bottoms of the drawers fall out and nothing lines up to be flush. Cute design but would NEVER buy this again or the matching bedroom set items. Garbage!
