Took a very long time to get this couch... Amazon and Ashley mixed up the delivery, brought the wrong item and took weeks to get the right one. When they brought it to the house they wouldn't bring it past my front door hallway. I was lucky I had someone to help unbox it at the time... or it would've taken up the hallway and blocked my front door...It's a very big box so if you can have someone there to help unbox it, I definitely would. No dislikes. The sofa is exactly as described. The cushions are very firm, the headrests are adjustable and the storage is fantastic. The center "island" of the sofa of course does not recline but can be used either for sitting or you can drop down the middle back to expose 2 extra cup holders, 2 headlamp lights, 2 USBs, and 2 outlets PLUS storage for magazines, etc. The sofa has 2 more cup holders, 1 each on the right and left recliner PLUS the armrests open to expose very deep and long storage compartments. What more can you ask? I'm 5'10" and my feet do not hang off the recliner. My husband at 6'5"...yes, his feet are off the recliner but that's with everything he's ever sat in. Now for the delivery companies involved. Amazon took their good sweet time with transporting the sofa to the delivery companies. The sofa was purchased on February 9th with delivery scheduled for the 11th or 12. Amazon DID NOT turn the sofa over for delivery for FIVE WEEKS. This was not an error on the part of NSD who upon receipt of the sofa turned it over to Blue Marble for delivery in Delaware. Both NSD and Blue Marble were both great to work with and did what was required to deliver the sofa properly, promptly, and in great shape. I can't begin to tell you how much my husband and I appreciated that as we are both in our mid to late 70s. Some people are blaming the delivery services for the wait when they should be blaming Amazon who is the shipper....their trucks, are their problem. AMAZON, on the other hand, I'd like to ring their necks for lying to me. Not ONE customer service rep could find this sofa for 5 weeks. No one knew where it was, what shape it was in, or even what state and what warehouse they had it sitting in. While customer service really made an effort to find it and did compensate some minor "cash back" for the inconvenience, the higher-up mucky mucks who set the original delivery date of the 11th or 12th and kept us waiting 5 weeks should be cleaning toilets at a rest stop somewhere in the desert. Would I buy this sofa again....absolutely. Would I ever buy a large ticket piece of furniture through Amazon again? Absolutely not. As with all furniture, you should take the extra warranty. I extended the manufacturer's warranty with additional coverage for 3 years, which by the way, Amazon ate 5 weeks of by misplacing the sofa. ... show more

    • Good sofa with a good price
The sofa came in one large box that is super heavy. The delivery guys placed the box inside my garage for me and I was able to unbox and take the backs into the house first followed by the lower half of the sofa. I was able to move it all by myself and get it through a 34" door opening. It is very heavy but it's definitely manageable. The color is slightly darker than I imagined based on the pictures but I'm not disappointed. It still looks great but if you're dead set on a light brown, this is not what I would call light brown. The setup is simple with no hardware or tools. Just a couple tabs that slide into brackets. Took me all of 5 min to get all the backs on and cords connected. The sofa itself is super comfortable to me. Foot rest is a tad short but not enough to make me dislike it. All in all, I would buy it again. Great quality and I'm very satisfied thus far. We've had this couch for about 4 weeks now and it has been nothing short of amazing and comfortable. Instructions included makes it a little difficult to understand assembly if you have never assembled a power sofa before, however, I was able to find a YT unboxing video of the 2 seater that really helped me with this 3 seater. Comes in one box, but is packed very well and realistically you just connect the power cable of each seat back into the connecting cable at the bottom of each seat and the pop the seat back into place, I moved from back left to right. There will be a clicking sound on each side of each seat when fully in place. When at the rear of the couch, at the bottom left, inside the underneath of the couch, there will be a plastic bag with a couple large zip ties holding it to the couch. Instead of I'm screwing the back panel and removing the lower back panel plate to get to it one can just reach in between through the back and snip the two large zip ties and pull the bag out of the back and take the power cord out, then you will just connect that to the male part of the power plug and plug the couch in and you will be ready to go. We got a great deal on Prime Days for just under $1350. We love the color and it is very comfortable, durable, easy to clean, and very convenient! ... show more

As an Ashley Furniture employee, I can assure you Amazon's price beats the horrible "Employee Discount" offered by Ashley. I was quoted $1609.00 with my discount. Saved $600 using Amazon, very pathetic of Ashley Furniture. The Sofa itself is wonderful. The cushions are hand stuffed, and quite firm. The fabric "Leather look" feels very nice, looks like a distressed leather or rawhide. Each end seat reclines to a "Zero-Gravity" position at max recline. The power head rest does come in handy while reclined, it supports your head and makes it easy to watch TV while reclined. Each arm rest has in arm storage and a cup holder. The center seat folds down to provide access to the power outlet and 2 additional cup holders. My delivery date was "rescheduled at customer request" which is odd because I never did this. I contacted Amazon's Bulky delivery and was assured it was corrected. It wasn't. I had to take a day off work, last minute, to accept the delivery. All in all, I'm totally satisfied with the Sofa. Will I order another sofa from Amazon? Probably not, due to delivery issues. ... show more

16 FEB 2021: I'm going to leave my original review below for posterity's sake. This is an AMAZING couch. Absolutely perfect. So perfect, in fact, that I've had it for 4 MONTHS and didn't realize that the center console DOES fold down perfectly... but it is so well hidden and sturdy that when I initially pulled on it, nothing happened. The headrest seem lines up perfectly with the head lamp. Turns out, you have to pull from the hard part on the top in the middle. 10/10, highly recommend this beautiful piece of artwork. Thank you, Ashley Furniture, and I sincerely apologize for the 20+ emails/phone calls that I left to get this perfect couch fixed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'll update this review if they send me the correct center console. The couch arrived in great shape. I was extremely satisfied with the material. It's extremely difficult to find the correct material since the term "faux leather" means a LOT of different things, but thankfully the couch was exactly the material I wanted. It's really freaking comfortable. Here's the problem, which I'll update if/when they correct it. They sent the wrong middle seat. The seat was supposed to have the fold-down console with the extra arm-rest, cupholders, and USB ports in addition to the fold up reading lights. The center console I received doesn't fold down at all. It only has the fold up lights. This is the primary feature that I was looking for in this couch.     • Good couch, bad delivery
Delivery was terrible. Really good couch but they still haven't fixed their delivery issue that other's have noted on here. The package wasn't delivered to my door. I'm on the 3rd floor of an apartment building without an elevator and I had to hire some help to get the 360lb package to my door. Amazon will offer a 400 dollar refund to compensate with hiring movers but the package was delivered in the yard of my apartment complex. We had rainy weather and hiring same day labor from professionals cost way more than 400 dollars in my area. Luckily, after hassling amazon for several hours, I did get a full refund. I don't know why they don't fix this recurring issue. Hopefully, a 1 star review and loss of revenue pushes them to fix this issue for future customers. ... show more

    • Wonderful couch 🛋️
I do love the couch in every way. Quality and comfort for sure. Easy to use. Extremely built to last. Ican see I will have this for years to come. But I must say about the delivery. It was an exhausting experience. In many ways I could complain. Not about the guys who delivered, because they were super. They made sure I was happy as possible possible in what they were allowed to do. What I am trying to say is, first of all we had a delivery day scheduled from the time I ordered on September 15 to be here by September 29. I made many arrangements to be here ready for them on that date. So when the date came 2 days away all of a sudden someone changed the date to October 6th. No one called me or messaged me in any way for the change. I just by chance looked at the delivery status and saw the change. I already made other plans on that date the 6th for Doctors and other. So I wouldn't be able to be here. Anyway I called several times to Amazon help and the first few calls were upsetting and they just told me oh well that's the way it will be. Finally I called again to talk with someone else and it got fixed back to the correct date. But I had to be persistent and everything worked out ok on that issue. But then the other issue I want to mention is that the delivery company, which is not Amazon, has 3 levels of delivery service. The 1 st one is the one I was stuck with where the delivery guys just bring it to the door in a huge box and leave it there and say bye bye. You don't get a chance to look at the product to make it's the right one or if it is damaged. The second one is they bring it inside and apparently let you look at it. The 3 rd one is called the white glove service where they bring it in and remove the box make sure all is correct and actually install it making sure everything works correctly and take all packaging with them. For this couch it was a lot of heavy parts to put together and lights etc. What I am saying is I was never offered any particular kind of service with the order. I would have chosen the white glove service for sure, I know I would probably have to pay a little more but I should at least get the offer of the 3 to choose from. I am old now with a lot of arthritis and didn't have anyone to help. Am I wrong in saying this? I don't believe so. I order many things from Amazon and most of time it's good. But this was the worst service ever. I love the couch thankfully. ... show more
