So far so good! Comfortable to sit and recline. I do not feel any significance in the massage feature of the chair. It just feels like it’s vibrating and its loud, so I just don’t use it. Never used the heating feature.

We ordered the chair, loveseat and couch. Delivery from WI and loveseat was damaged and shipping co sent back, chair was delayed multiple times so we canceled transaction. Would not order again from this retailer. Couch is hard to sit on, does recline well and is big enough for 3 people to sit on. Now I have a mismatched living room 3 weeks post the order. Comfortable!
I did a lot of research before buying a couch and this one is PERFECT. easy to put together, fits in my small apartment, amazing quality, and the best part is it's SO cozy. The only con is that sometimes it squicks when reclining but doesn't bother me at all.
