The couch itself is gorgeous. Perfect color. Material is very nice and should stand up to daily use. The downside was taking 1-1/2 hours to put on the “legs”. The holes were not pre-marked for the screws. Very difficult and time consuming.

Larger than expected (a good thing for me), firm but comfortable. Sturdy fabric that looks like it can stand up to wear. I changed the pillow slips to match my color scheme. It comes with poly filled pillows so it's just a matter of moving the filling from one slip to another. ONLY BIG ISSUE was there were no pre drilled holes for the feet even though the instructions said only a screwdriver was necessary. I was able to pay a building engineer in our building to do it, even with that he needed an extra long drill bit. They need to say something about that in the listing as it could cause major problems for some buyers. ... show more

After having this couch for a few months I started having a “sagging” issue between 2 of the cushions. Thought I’d try a cushion support product (not the foam ones, a steel structured one). This has been little to no help. Im regularly rotating the cushions, doesn’t help. A few months ago I decided to reach out to the manufacturer and ask what could be done. Shared my concerns, knowing it’s still under their 1yr warranty. Took almost a month to get to the right department through several emails. They say it’s a cushion issue and they’ll send new cushions out. I wait 3 1/2 weeks for them to arrive & change them out immediately. First thought was these replacement cushions are not as firm/dense as the originals but we’ll see how it goes. Nope! Doesn’t fix the problem. Since then I’ve sent 5 emails to Ashley’s warranty care people, referencing my case #, asking what can be done now. I’ve heard NOTHING! I’m going to keep at it, but my warranty will be running out next month so I’m not sure if this issue will be resolved. Its a beautiful color, fabric is very comfortable but I’d say build quality is poor based on my experience! ... show more

Perfect size for the purpose used. Quality is good for the price actually, the price was better than the store. The same product was in the showroom for double the price, and that didn’t include the delivery fee. This was an excellent buy.

I usually like Ashely but with this it’s foam seats it doesn’t hold up well to weight. It wears real fast. Disappointment. Being disabled it was a purchase from not going to the store. But great delivery from Amazon. It is expensive for Ashley.

Comfy couch, well made, nice/soft fabric, seems sturdy. You do have to install the feet, but that's easy to do with an electric drill. It's helpful to have some extra hands to help.
