We bought two and three chairs sofas. These were about $1500 cheaper than the local furniture stores. These are very heavy, so make sure to have two able body individuals ready to help move these in to your location of choice. Delivery came through CEVA on one and NSD for other. They both came sooner than actual delivery date w/o advance notice. NSD driver actually dropped it off in our foyer though it was to be dropped off on the first dry area of the house. CEVA guy left it on the front porch since we weren’t there and it came three days sooner than actual delivery date. These pieces of furniture are heavily packaged that includes three layers of inner packaging consisting of nonwowven cover on entire pieces. Then cushiony material but not the bubbles wrap kind, way more durable than that and then about 3 mil plastic film. Then all these are inside a very heavy gauge corrugated box that has extra inner cardboards. Vey well packaged. I was worried about damage during delivery but these sofas did well. Once opened, you will find seat backs on top of the seats separately inside the woven bags. Assembly was a breeze. It took longer to open these than to assemble it. It’s just snap and go for seat backs and connect the air hoses and electrical connections and you are done. Product itself is made by Ashley and imported from Vietnam. The quality, comfort and workmanship of these sofas is excellent. We bought the ones in Black and they look and feel amazing. Heated seats and massage are really comfortable. It does heat up very well. Design is very nice for these large and heavy sofas. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy these off the Amazon then the local furniture store. A great loveseat! Very comfortable with lots of storage options. Do your homework, check the prices, this loveseat was over $1000 cheaper here than buying it from ashley furniture… I was a bit worried about it being damaged during the delivery, but we had no issues at all! We saw this same recliner at Ashley store and fell in love with it, but it was too expensive over 3,000.00 .Looked it up on Amazon and bought it for almost 1,500.00 less plus the extended warranty. We highly recommend this recliner. The massage is so gentle plus the heat is very comfortable not too hot .the head rest and feet rest work very well .The only problem was delivery you Must have help bringing this into the house there is no white glove delivery available. They will drop it at your front door at that's it. But we were able to bring it inside with three of us helping. But Ashley delivery was 600.00 and not worth it. It was easy to assemble and the leather is super soft . ... show more

Loved the couch itself but It is very heavy they only sent one delivery driver who ended up dropping the one couch on the truck so made a note of it so far don't think it did any damage tho only thing I was not expecting was I figured they would have got it up the flight of steps to at least the side walk or my porch I live on a hill and have steps to the side walk then a few more steps to the door well they scheduled a delivery for the day anywhere from 11 to 5 I'm a stay at home single mom of 6 kids having 1 at home and they said the furthest they take it was the bottom of steps on the road so they put them in a parking space and left as I had to hurry and unexpectedly call more help and it was all in one large box no pieces so it was very very difficult to get inside alone only thing I would recommend if you get this couch is making sure you have help to get it inside I just got it so not sure how well it will hold up but I do love the comfort and looks this by far is my dream couch so far! ... show more

Received couch a week earlier than expected! No damage to couch at all. The men put into our garage without any problem. The couch tops were all separate and we took those into house no issue. The base is extremely heavy all one piece. Put on a car dolly in the middle and rolled into house. Cleared doors with not having to take doors off hinges. Assembly was super easy just put each back on and plugged into the precolored plugins. Directions were trash so just go slow and take each head rest at a time. Everything works perfect. Just an FYI you need like 14 inches from wall to recline fully. ... show more
