Beautiful and comfortable sofa. Delivery was kind of wonky, but as long as you are watching the delivery from being to end then you can really enjoy the sturdiness of your sofa without puncturing of holes and the frame being broken during the delivery process. I bought this sofa sleeper for my grandkids play room. It is comfortable, soft, and a great gray color. The mattress is pretty thick but we haven’t used it yet. It is very heavy though so make sure you have multiple people to help lift!

1) I placed an order for the sofa bed from this company and before my item shipped, they lowered the price. I contacted the company AND Amazon, and was told they would not price adjust even though my order wasn’t even yet shipped. Since I contacted the company before Amazon’s customer service, the minute Amazon reached out to the company on my behalf to request a price adjustment, my item was shipped immediately. 2) It took a few weeks to arrive. The delivery people were great. 3) The sofa itself looks nice, and has a nice color & fabric. I went with the slate color. The bed pulls out easily, but gets stuck when I push it back in. I have to tilt the sofa bed forward in order to get the bed back in, which tells me it’s off track somewhere. Lastly, the holes are not pre-drilled for the feet. All in all, I like the sofa. But with all of the hassle, I’m not returning it. I’ll reach out to Amazon about the sofa bed not functioning properly, but I’m not confident they’ll be helpful because they couldn’t help me with the price adjustment since it’s through a 3rd party & this company is terrible. You’re better off going elsewhere & getting better customer service. ... show more

Arrived with a broken arm. Not sure if it happened during delivery or was damaged before I purchased. I didn’t notice until after it was delivered and I set it up. How do you begin to “return” a large sofa? The wood under the fabric and padding was broken and eventually twisted itself sideways causing the entire arm to tilt and become unusable. Seat cushions will not stay in place. They slide out and are constantly having to be pushed back up under the back cushions. Last furniture purchase I will ever make from Amazon and this purchase has also made me leery of buying Ashley brand furniture. Total disappointment. ... show more

I was looking for a simple couch that didn't require assembly, under $500, would be carried into my 2nd floor apartment, was comfortable, and didn't look like it belonged to an ancient grandmother. I almost bought one of those cute mid-century modern knockoff couches due to its looks, but everyone told me they are poorly made and would break on me. I'm glad I went for a tried-and-true furniture brand, because this couch feels sturdy and is actually comfortable. I will say there are no holes for the legs, so you are going to need to drill them in yourself. And the legs themselves are really ugly plastic chunky beasts, but you can probably get cuter ones. Either way, I am not embarrassed by this couch, I can sleep on it just fine, I don't sink into it when I sit down, the arms are wide enough for me to precariously set my coffee on, and the price was definitely right. Just make sure that if you get the couch delivered inside of your doorway, the delivery people may not have a drill on them (mine didn't) so you'll need your own to get the legs in. ... show more

I’ve had this sofa for just 30 minutes, and while it works as a space-saver and occasional guest bed, it’s already clear that it’s not designed for frequent use as a sofa bed. Opening and closing it has scratched my floors, and moving it around has caused even more damage.
