Somehow this box spring has completely fallen apart. The steel has bent in and cracked after only a year. And this is the third type of box spring I’ve bought like this and they have all eventually bent and cracked. I would love a refund or a better replacement.

This box spring was fine for a while. We’ve had it for about 1 1/2 years now. The issue is we constantly have to take the mattress off to put the rails back in the slots. The slots should be longer so the rails don’t slip out so easy. I wouldn’t buy this box spring again.

Assembly is terrible. Whack-a-mole on steroids. Rickety is the best way to describe this product. very noisy and not well designed. Clicks and pops whenever someone gets in or out of bed. Majority of parts are not secured sufficiently. Most are simply dependent on gravity. I would very much like to meet the people who designed this. ... show more

Very Sturdy - I have the California King for 2 adults and 4 dogs Easy to Assemble - Quick and Simple to put together, I did it myself. I watched the short video. Quiet - No squeaking, creaking, crackling, noise etc. Note - I almost bought the slightly less expensive one but after reading the reviews (from people who purchased the Cal King size) I spent a little more on this one.
