  • Fast, Fun & Fabulous Lens!
Size: 12
I'm getting ready for a trip to Japan and my only bright/fast lens is my 35mm 1.8. I've seen some amazing city and temple shots from over there and the best ones were really wide. The RF 35 isn't very wide on an APS-C sensor. I had seen some positive YT reviews on this lens but never had a Sigma before. I gave it a try and I'm really glad I did. It's hard to take a bad shot with this lens. You can push the exposure triangle all around to have some fun and get some really nice shots. It's amazing up close as well. (sorry for the gross fly photo 😁) The aperture runs all the way from f/16 to f/1.4 wide open. Amazingly it shoots really nicely wide open too. The focus ring is silky smooth and the aperture ring has a really nice, solid click to it. (On Canon RF it's set up as a control ring so you can set it up to adjust whatever you like) I love this lens and it hasn't come off my camera since I got it. It's a really nice size and weight. Highly recommended! (Edit: I got back from my Japan trip and added 4 shots showing what this lens can get with ease, wide and clear!) ... show more
