this sofa was shipped quickly. sofa was easy to get in the house because backs were off for shipping. It was packed very well. "End" pieces shipped under couch body.. I am 75 years young, and for me, this sofa/couch was very easy to assemble. The backs slide onto the metal brackets on couch body. (be sure metal brackets on seat backs are to the outside.) The end pieces slide onto the brackets on side of end back rests i came into the front room this morning to find Lola sleeping on the couch. If you like firm seating: this could be the couch for you.. ;-) ... show more

Looks good. Sitting, reclining, reading, watching television? Forget it. So uncomfortable. I thought maybe because of my height at 5’4”, but no. My partner is 6’2” and is also uncomfortable. Something doesn’t work. I can’t return it due to it was delivered at my new house as I requested. Unfortunately, time passed before we moved in and the return policy ran out. So, I’m stuck with it. I did learn that I should have tracked return time. Also, how do you return 3 very heavy pieces of furniture anyway? I’m sure there’s a way. Still thinking about what I’m going to do. I will be going to a store where I can try the furniture out, though. ... show more
