Excellent Quality and Comfort for the Price

It would be interesting to see how they package this mattress in the factory - unboxing was an experience! There was a label over the QR code that had the instructions, but I found it was unnecessary. Once you pry up each of the flaps (3 on each end that are glued to one another with some heavy duty glue) and push the mattress out from one end (you really do need 2 people - one to push and the other to hold the box), and start unwinding it from it's plastic wrap, you begin to understand how much the mattress is compressed! Make sure you have plenty of space as this mattress really grows! A true wonder. Enough of unboxing - this mattress is really quite good for a budget price, with sufficient support and comfort, and seems to be made very well. Sienna is the budget sister product to Nector, which is highly rated for a mid-price range memory foam mattress. I figured I couldn't go wrong with their less expensive Sienna brand. I think I made a great choice as it was clear the quality and attention to detail was top notch despite it being the budget brand. I highly recommend this mattress for a less expensive option. Impressed with the product and the value - UPDATE SLEEP APNEA

Mattress in a box. Who knew? We bought this for our downstairs office/TV room. We have a nice sized bath and a walk in closet, so by adding a bed, we officially gave ourselves an extra bedroom. With a separate entrance downstairs it is great for guests. They have a microwave, coffee pot, cafe table, and a beautiful view of the mountains. Want breakfast? Make it yourselves. We tried it out a few nights and were impressed at how well we slept on it. We actually have a couch that lets out into a queen bed that has some brand name mattress, but the one time we slept on it, in a wind storm, we said we would never do it again. It was horrible. We have a Sleep Number bed and if you took away the bells and whistles, I would say this mattress sleeps just as well. Go for it. UPDATE: we have slept on the mattress a few times and it was as nice as our Sleep Number. However, we discovered something fascinating. Hubby and I both have Apple watches. Since we upgraded in December, it suggests that hubby has sleep apnea- 10-25 breathing interruptions a night. Me, none. We recently had company for several nights and let them use our bedroom and we took the mattress in a box bedroom. NO SLEEP APNEA recorded. Was it a fluke? Nope. When company left and we moved back to the $5000 Sleep Number bed the sleep apena readings went back up. To assure ourselves, we have been switching out over the past 2 weeks. Whenever he sleeps on this mattress, his readings are normal. I am no doctor and he has not seen a doctor, and it is possible something else is causing false readings, but whatever it is, his sleep is normal on this $300 mattress and abnormal on the Sleep Number mattress, no matter what number he uses. We usually always keep SN on 100 becasue we like a firm mattress but he has experimented on all numbers. The new mattress is also firm, which we like. So, if your watch tells you have sleep apena, try a different mattress. ... show more

Amazing

I recently was diagnosed with fibromyalgia after dealing with chronic pain for ~18 years. I've got a lot of things in addition to that causing me pain, and it only just occurred to me after my diagnosis that my ancient mattress probably wasn't doing me any favors. The mattress was very easy to set up, and I ended up waiting 4 hours for it to expand, and it was at 9" by the time I went to bed, and since then has expanded to the full 10". There was also no smell at all when I took it out of the packaging. I immediately noticed a difference after the first night, because I woke up the next morning with no new pain, the first time that has happened in a very long time. I've had this for less than a week but I still love it and it is helping me tremendously. I can't vouch for its longevity but if you need an affordable mattress and suffer from chronic pain, I absolutely recommend this one. ... show more

I got the 10in Sienna full mattress in july2024(the video is day 1) . I did wait about2-3days before sleeping on it, an at first I thought it was too firm(I have back issues though an was told to get firmer) I put a 3inch topper I had already,on it, an it seemed better..ive been sleeping on it for 2 months , an i will say i was debating the first couple weeks if I'll return this in October,bc I wasn't sure, I had bank pain EVERY DAY from my last bed, but I knew it takes a few wks to get use to a new bed.. which i was right, bc now I don't wake up daily with back pain, I still get shoulder pain occasionally but I'm always going to have some. I think for about $350 it's a good bed, i don't sink in the middle, if someone else is sleeping them moving around doesn't disturb you, it still looks like it did day 1. I'd say on a scale of 1-10 I give it about an 7.5-8 which is pretty good for under $400 nowadays, so I'd recommend esp if back issues, just DONT EVER TAKE THE COVER OFF! Buy your own encasement , I heard fiber glass, but just don't open it an you'll be fine(I think they all use it now) I'll update again in another couple months ... show more

A bit firm for this side and stomach sleeper but still quite comfortable.

I bought two 10-inch memory foam mattresses from Amazon - one queen and one full. Ikea bedframes are the foundations for each. They're comfortable in the side and stomach sleeping positions even though they're on the firm side, at least for me because I'm tall - 6'4" and thin -160 pounds. Changing sleeping positions is relatively easy to do, however, I've noticed that this requires slightly more effort than with traditional 'bouncy' innerspring mattresses due to their minimal motion transfer. I'm hoping that these mattresses will remain completely flat in the unloaded state after hundreds of hours of use. And if so, will be excellent values for the price. ... show more

Phenomenal value and clean

This was the pareto optimal mattress according to NapLab and has phenomenal value for price. I would recommend looking at their website for more insights. I got the 10 inch thickness queen size, and it is quite firm and sturdy, with some give. It is also not bouncy. I would say this is better for people who like firm mattresses like me; doesn't feel at all like memory foam. I am quite light, though. There was no smell upon immediate unwrapping and the mattress inflated within 20 hours! I also appreciate that the materials used for this are certified for safety and it contains no fiberglass. My queen size sheets fit very well, and my sleep has been good also for the past four days, although if I did upgrade I would want a mattress with springs in it. ... show more

Not what I expected. It was not as sturdy as I expected, I never owned a bed like this so I didn’t know what to expect, and it felt like I was on an air mattress. It was easy to set up, no problem at all. I was able to do it alone. It didn’t have any smell, as I had read in some reviews. It fully expanded within the first 24 hours, but I allowed it more time, as I didn’t want to rush it. It was not heavy at all, less heaven than my traditional mattress. I was quite disappointed in the lack of support, but now I understand more about memory/foam mattresses, and a lot has to do with the layers of foam, and this one only has 5.5. I did try to return it, as Amazon suggested and UPS, refused to accept, and I was stuck with an extra mattress. The wonderful Nicole from South Africa department helped me, and came up with the great idea to donate it! So that’s what is happening with it! Thank you Amazon for being so accommodating. I’m sure someone who has less back problems, would enjoy the softness, and comfort, of not having coils/springs, and how soft it is, if they weigh less than I did. But I’m plagued with too many back issues. Sadly I just couldn’t make it work. ... show more
