    • Wrong side ordered, 3/8" too small for beveled cedar siding
Found right out of the package these were not going to work for me. Thought they were adjustable, but for the side of boards used, they are not. Really nice looking product and built well, however, I think they are more for cement or hardi-plank siding. Returned without issue.

    • Okay needed modification
it pulls away from the board, they say don’t overtighten it because that will happen. But if you don’t get it tight it will fall off the board. Design flaw, should’ve had a little more tilt to it. I pulled it out where I though it should be And drilled a couple self tapping screws through it to hold it at that angle. I was installing LP siding, not that heavy. It was a little hard to slip under the boards after my modification. I went a little too far. But it worked a lot better. ... show more

I couldn’t use this product because the cylinder that sets the proper overlap could not be set because the holes were too small. I returned the product.

Replaced some damaged siding by myself. I would never do siding without these. It’s key to perfect placement and holds it for you while securing the siding. Just realize there are different ones for different thicknesses of siding.

    • It grips but it pulls away from the siding if clamp it too much.

    • Poor choice
Last 4 holes on slide were either drilled poorly or had too much coating. The bolt will not go through the last 4 holes. Useless if you need a 7” reveal
