I bought this to apply a vinegar and water solution to my driveway and shaded areas where I am growing Moss, unintentionally. Before I bought this I was putting the solution in a trigger spray bottle. Your hand gets worn down very quickly and you end up covering a very small area before you have to refill the 20 oz or 32 oz. But with this product, I was able to cover a really significant area in a short period of time. I charged it up the night before. The pump / power pack has a button that you press to turn on and press to turn off. So you don't have stress on any finger while you're holding it to use it. I applied 4 gallons of solution in about an hour. I was able to cover a section of my driveway which is about 9 ft wide and 250 ft long in that hour. I sprayed all of the surface area of that driveway area. I could never have accomplished this with a trigger sprayer. At this price point, I think it's actually worth twice the money. It's pretty ergonomic. It holds about 1.3 gallons. That amount of liquid and the plastic in the jug weighs probably around 10 lb. It has a convenient strap that I put over one shoulder and my only concern what that was attempting to keep The jug level when I got near the bottom of the liquid. When the tank is nearly empty, you need the liquid to be tilted to the end where the pump pickup is. I'm making that sound more complicated than it is. This thing is incredibly easy to use. I bought this after watching a YouTube review of the product by Princess Lawns. My old sprayer just broke and I was looking for a new one. Let's face it pump sprayers are a real pain. They work great after they get pumped up but slowly loose pressure and if you have a big area to spray end up pumping the thing up two or three times. Then there's the many problems with the pumps themselves. The o rings on the pump handle leak or the flapper leaks or gets stuck, etc. This sprayer has the pump in the handle and it makes spraying so much easier. Just charge the handle, fill up the tank and you're ready to go. I used to dread spraying with the old pump sprayer. This one is incredible. Pumps out lots of liquid at a consistent rate. Get the brass nozzle that Princess Lawns recommends and it just fits into the sprayer without anything else. If you do any spraying at all you will love this sprayer. One charge on the handle will last at least for three gallons of liquid. I've never had to stop spraying and recharge the handle. This unit makes spraying anything a breeze. I am very happy that I purchased this SideKing Sprayer. It can be used for several other purposes but I wanted it mainly to spray insecticide on my beautiful flowers. I kept seeing little bugs biting their way through the leaves on my roses and hardy hibiscus . But, I have a neuromuscular disease and don’t have the strength to use a manual sprayer. I decided to check sprayers at Amazon to see if an electric sprayer was available that could resolve my problem. After looking at the pros and cons, as well as the reviews, I chose this SideKing sprayer. It was easy to assemble, very few pieces to connect. I did run into a little snag when I started to connect the wand. A little part was missing and it was essential so I checked the enclosed paperwork and found an email address that consumers can call if they have a problem of any kind. I just sent a message to the provided email explaining that a little part was missing and I asked if they could send me the part. I received a response from them the next morning and I received my part a few days later, as well as the entire wand and “fixings” that go to it. The company’s customer service department went beyond my request in helping me, a practice we do not see too often in these days. I used my sprayer, killed the bugs, and sprayed all of my flowering plants and bushes in the front and back. I am not as speedy as I used to be and I had no idea how long the battery would last. I.was spraying at least an hour and a half, probably longer, and the battery had not lost any charge. It was as strong as it had been when I started spraying. After being disappointed with buying more then one battery operated sprayer before and having the battery run down before a had sprayed one bush, I was surprised that this battery was still strong. I can’t do very many good or bad reviews now, but I am having a good day and I felt it was only fair for me to give my opinion on the SideKing sprayer and the excellent customer service. I could have returned it to Amazon but it didn’t want to do that unless I couldn’t get the part quickly. Waiting a few days was well worth my time. Good product and good company . ... show more

    • Didn't come with everything so I never got to use it!

I got the product for bug poison but never got to use it. I ordered it for some concentrated bug poison to treat for bugs. The container is sturdy and not cheapy bendable plastic like some containers. The wand has several washers and pieces that prevent it from leaking but the problem I had was I didn't receive the nuts or other attachments with it like it's supposed to have to keep it together so after trying to put it together it was incomplete & I was never able to use it. I could have duct taped it together or something but when dealing with toxic chemicals it's not worth the risk of it leaking Poison all over me. I really need this and needed to be able to use it the day I got it but unfortunately I had to get a refund from Amazon and purchase another one else where to use use. The owner I purchased from another store was not near as nice or sturdy as this one is. Had I received all the attachments and required pieces that keep it together then I assume based on the quality of what I did receive that it would have held up really well and worked perfectly. In that case if have given it 5 stars but instead o gave it 3 stars for what I could evaluate as being a decent product and minus 2 stars for missing pieces ... show more
