When I made my first press the timer never started on its own when the handle is pressed down. I message the seller and they responded right away and told me to press the down arrow button. So I pressed the handle down then pushed the down arrow and it started the timer. So far my pressed have come out perfectly.

This heat press has worked really well for the past year, and when part of the mug press attachement melted, I reached out and they had great customer service and offered to replace the part. I would deffinately recommend this product to any crafter looking for a good quality, cheaper alternative to the expensive Cricut heat presses.

Would have gave 5 stars but the timer doesn’t work. Contacted saler but they only respond by email. No phone number. Gets the job done. I use timer on my phone but would of been nice for time to work on machine. But overall good for my first heat press. update the timer does work. I didn't know I had to use the down button to start it.

The media could not be loaded. I really hoped this heat press would be a bang for my buck. In the end you get what you pay for... I mean it works but it's missing the screw cap for the pressure well and for some reason the heat pad on top is cooked and will not align with the bottom. You have to hold it in place while very slowly lowering the handle. I am still debating on returning it and just spending double the amount for something more reliable and less dangerous.....
