Works perfect

When I made my first press the timer never started on its own when the handle is pressed down. I message the seller and they responded right away and told me to press the down arrow button. So I pressed the handle down then pushed the down arrow and it started the timer. So far my pressed have come out perfectly. ... show more

Great Machine, Great Customer Service

This heat press has worked really well for the past year, and when part of the mug press attachement melted, I reached out and they had great customer service and offered to replace the part. I would deffinately recommend this product to any crafter looking for a good quality, cheaper alternative to the expensive Cricut heat presses. ... show more

I didn't know I had to use the down button to start it. ... show more

You get what you pay for...

The media could not be loaded. I really hoped this heat press would be a bang for my buck. In the end you get what you pay for... I mean it works but it's missing the screw cap for the pressure well and for some reason the heat pad on top is cooked and will not align with the bottom. You have to hold it in place while very slowly lowering the handle. I am still debating on returning it and just spending double the amount for something more reliable and less dangerous..... ... show more

I wanted to start making T-Shirt for family because we have athletes in our family from football to Track and buying shirts at $20 to $30 dollar gets expensive. So I said why can't I do it myself. I am learning but I have to say that the press is easy use. I havent used the cup or the hat press yet but I am excited for all the many DIY project to come. I would recommend this press ... show more
