I bought one that was too large, then ordered the size smaller. The large one (aqua) i use when my dog has a winter sweater or coat on, the smaller one (pink) for when she is in her own skin and fur. They are easy to put on, allow good motion by my dog (a petite golden doodle) close securely with velcro plus click buckle, and sturdy metal rings to attach the seat belt attacher to. My dog seems comfortable in them, can run easily when not in the car, with no pinching etc. The colors are beautiful. I thought the price was a great bargain, as they are very sturdily made. I have a puppy so this is my 2nd purchase of this harness in a larger size. The first one I purchased 2 months ago. It is very sturdy. Easy to place on your dog even when they are not holding still with Velcro flaps, once the flaps are secure there is a sturdy plastic buckle, then there are 2 metal rings instead of only one to attach a leash to. I don’t know why it was so hard to find a good fitting harness but finally found one and it is perfect. Well made, quality fabric, easy to put on and take off, secure fit, color is vivid, great value. My Zoey looks fab! Highly recommend.

Love the red color, my puppy is black so the red pops. He is very active and loves to chew he has chewed up 3 other harnesses but this one fits so well he cant get his teeth around it the chew on. I've used these harnesses for the last 4 months. My mini-goldendoodle, Homer, has worn one of these excellent harnesses since I got him at 13 weeks. Homer is an active puller, distracted by everything, from the wind and blowing leaves, to ppl and cars, other animals, you name it. Homer is super fast, super strong and pulls hard when he goes zoomie. These harnesses never let me down. They are easy on, easy off and that Velcro closure is stronger than my dog, who was supposed to be a "mini" size, but quickly grew beyond "mini" size. The Velcro never has failed me. That's saying something huge. Homer is very comfy in this harness. Regrettably, Homer is getting even BIGGER now and the XL harness just seems too tight now. Can you guys make an XXL size? I am very wary of ordering a different brand. I know this product works because my Mayhem 7 month old pup hasn't been able to worm or pull his way out of it. This harness is durable and attractive. A single clasp on top holds it securely. Medium size fit our 16# Cockapoo perfectly. None of those extra buckles found on other models that could irritate moving parts. We also tried a more expensive brand from a pet store and stitching started coming apart within a week. ... show more

This pink harness is super cute on my little Bichon. She loves to chase anything in the yard so she pulls if she's on a leash. I worried about her pulling so hard and I didn't want her to hurt her neck. This harness has made her more comfortable by not pulling at her neck. It has also made it easier to train her to stop pulling. I think she just feels more secure. I did have a little trouble at first because I didn't have the harness tight enough but, once I tightened the straps, it fits great. And, it looks adorable on my little girl. We purchased a medium size black/red harness last year and it fit our Scottish terrier perfectly. This year (2024) we ordered a medium size all black harness and it was much too small. The older medium size still fits him perfectly. We sent back the medium black one and ordered a large size.
