It was very hard to remove the pillows from their packaging, it took 2 of us to remove them. Gave them about 24 hours to breathe and inflate and after that they were great! Super comfy, good support and the best part is they remain cool temperature!

The packaging on these pillows was amazing, once I got them out of the tubes and let them air out for a few hours I laid on them and they are just Too hard and poofy. I need/want new pillows but these are just too much for me. This weekend I am going remove the sleeve and cut open the pillow part and remove some of the filling. I hope this will work because once aired out these are 9" thick and not airy like cotton or feathers but like dense and doesn't squish. So I gave it only 3 stars. If there was another zipper on the pillow part to take out some of it I would up it to 5 stars. ... show more

These are great! Very stuffed and firm and slow to rise so if you shift a lot it could take a minute to settle but once there so comfortable and supportive. I think you can remove some of the foam if you want less firmness.

Wonderful pillows for value and they are adjustable to an extent. They fit easily into queen size pillow cases. They are not flat very fluffy think of memory foam bed is the support you get. I do find that I still have neck pain but not as bad with the new pillows. It support the head and neck for most part. I love the fact the cases they come in can be removed and washed. When receive them you have to cut them out a bag and vacuum sealed packaging with also have to massage them for a minute. ... show more
