Honestly a very very good pillow. I saw some reviews about the "off-gassing" but really it wasn't that bad for my pillows. I had ordered two and opened them in a separate room in fear of the smell as some have said, but all it is is a slight chemical smell but it really isn't that bad. It expanded quickly and feels amazing to sleep on. 10/10

I have used this pillow for 2 nights now, The first night was ridiculously HOT - I woke up soaking wet. I flipped the pillow over and was fine the rest of the night. Then last night, before I went to bed, I made sure I was on the "cool" side before I layed my head on it. After about 10 minutes laying there, it was already hot, like encasing me in heat.. So I again flipped the pillow... and I stayed cool most of the night. I have not slept through the night in over a year, Now last night I slept decently - Did I still wake up, yes, but not because I was stupid hot for the first time in a year. The pillow itself is very comfortable and it came with extra cushoning if I want to add or remove some. I like it just the way it is. It does come out of the box shrink wrapped - it is flat, it took me all of 5 minutes of fluffing it to get it to triple in size. The queen size is a great fit for me, I am a side sleeper to start then flip and turn all night, with this pillow I fall asleep and change positions maybe once or twice a night - better than 5-10 that was previously my regular night. The fabric of the outer case is very soft and I find it very cool to the touch, HOWEVER.... as I said before the "cool" side about cooked me alive, but once I flipped the pillow - it was about perfect. I think they sewed my "cool side - Soft side" tag on backwards.. That is why it got 4 stars instead of 5. The quality is great, but I'm pretty sure the attention to detail slipped through.

These pillows really are cool! I love the fact that you can adjust their firmness to fit any sleeping position. It takes a bit of fiddling to get it just right, but then you’re good to go. You can fluff them in the dryer on air to maintain shape retention. The cool side is markedly cooler than the “soft” side. I accidentally slept on the soft side last night and I woke up sweaty. Never happens when I use the cool side . I really would like to buy two pillowcases with both sides cool. I tried to contact the company regarding this without success. Help!

The firmness is absolutely perfect—supportive without feeling stiff—and it instantly felt comfortable the moment I laid down. Pros: Price, quality, cooling, non-toxic certified materials inc foam, adjustable foam content Cons: Filling gets hard during the night causing stiff neck bc of lack of support in neck area Feels like a dream when the head first lands, for about two hrs max. Would be a perfect pillow if the foam would shift, but instead it flattens, hardens during the night causing the head to be at an incline which is the worst if already suffering from neck pain. Maybe if it was mixed with more fiberfill or bigger chunks. IDK but am bummed bc otherwise itd be a perfect pillow (and for the seller bc its a return thats not their fault). Have a similar one (but wasnt non-toxic certified), it still firmed/melded but it would unclump easier with redistributing contents during the night.

I would gladly give this pillow 10 stars if I could. It came the same day, so it was off to a great start. Then the big tests, any smells? NO. Comfortable and supportive? A resounding YES. I’m a side sleeper and im telling you it is extremely comfortable. I was just testing it but felt I could fall asleep faster than usual. Right now I’m laying against it upright, with a few pillows behind it, to watch tv, and it’s even comfortable this way too. But for sleeping, I only need one pillow, and this is it!! Now please keep in mind I’m mainly a side sleeper, so this speaks to that position. They also gave me extra of the filling to put inside the pillow which I haven’t tried out because it’s just so amazing the way it is. A big thank you to the maker of this pillow and the seller!

Amazing for the price! Took a little getting used to, and I did remove some of the fluff from both pillows and now they are perfect. We ended up ordering another set because we both hold pillows while we sleep. After taking some fluff out of all 4 pillows, I was able to make two 20x20 couch pillows! They are all so cozy and perfect. A good dupe for those outrageously expensive pillows. So glad I found these. Just order them!
