Overall, I’m pretty happy with this purchase. It was fairly easy to install and is functioning perfectly. Everything except for the handheld shower head and the adhesive holder for it is made of metal. It’s definitely not a very high end product, but it feels like it’s well made. I have not had any issues with leaking whatsoever but I would highly recommend using a real wrench rather than the one that is included. I don’t think you could really get it tight enough without an actual wrench honestly. Pros: All metal components, easy to install, clear instructions, everything is included, functions as described (it’s really nice!!), very easy to adjust the angle of both shower heads and switch between them, you can use the handheld at the same time as the larger one, high enough pressure to effectively clean the shower if you have good water pressure and do not install the restrictor, excellent distribution of water. Cons: there is one spot in the center of the large shower head that is receiving much more pressure than the others if it is level (horizontal to the floor) however, as long as it is tilted slightly, the water pressure is evenly distributed and I don’t see it as a big issue. The hose could be quite a lot longer- honestly, if it had another foot or two that would be so much better but it works well and maintains high pressure even when both the rain shower and handheld are being used. The included wrench isn’t sufficient to tighten the joints, so you should have your own. Conclusions: I overall really love this! It is so, so much better than the crappy one that was installed in my apartment and I just feel like a handheld shower head is essential for anyone who has long hair. It’s also great for quickly cleaning the shower before you step out so no soap scum accumulates. The square rain shower (10”) is plenty large enough and much more comfortable/ pleasant than any standard shower head. I don’t get cold as easily because the water is distributed over a larger area. The rainfall effect is great, because it’s very gentle and if you need more pressure, the handheld can be use simultaneously. So, so much better than what was installed originally. My water pressure was already good and I didn’t install the restrictor. I’ve had it for over a week and no issues with leaking whatsoever. It’s really important to use the included tape as instructed and *a real wrench*. I definitely recommend this product for the price point. So for the price I wasn't expecting the same quality as the more expensive brands like Moen and others. That being said, while the main shower head seems pretty well made the handheld sprayer feels incredibly cheap and probably won't last long. Drop it once and I doubt it will work after that. But since I got it primarily for the rainshower part it doesn't bother me too much. There are some spots where it does leak but that could just be my fault. More teflon tape in some spots may happy with that. My only real complaint in the short term is the very cheap handheld sprayer. But I guess for only around $40 they have to cut corners somewhere. Overall not a terrible product but spending just a little more for more durable materials may have been a better choice. ... show more

Our first reaction when we opened this was that it was flimsy and cheap. This was not something we were going to like. We decided to give it a try and install it. We also figured we would be pulling it right back out and had already planned to put the other one back in. To our surprise, this has been our favorite showerhead that we have tried! I really like this showerhead, I've been eyeballing rainfall ones for a while and took a bite on a lightning deal. I am pretty happy! Install was easy, especially if you have a handy husband to do it for you like I do! (But even if he weren't handy, the instructions were very easy to follow and pretty standard for replacing a showerhead.) The only issue we have is we are both tall, I am 5'9 and he is 6'3. This makes fitting in almost any shower difficult, and this new showerhead fixes only 50% of the problem. Even being 11 inches, the arm doesn't extend high enough to give a perfect rainfall effect. We have to tilt the rainfall head high enough that I don't bump my head, about 45 degrees, which provides a moderately satisfactory rainfall experience. However, my husband cannot fit under it without bending at all and can only use the alternate/regular showerhead. But that regular showerhead is great! Big upgrade from our last one that was $20 at walmart. The pressure is great, and its nice that you can stick it anywhere you want in your shower. My husband and I often shower together, and this works really well for us because I'll use the rainfall side and he uses the regular, which he was able to place at the ideal height for himself! They can't run at the same time, which I was a little bummed about but it is probably better that way. Overall, it works well and is cool to have the option to stand under the rain. I don't know if I'd pay full price for it, but this one runs way cheaper than a lot of rainfall heads and is great if you're just wanting to try out how you like it without committing over $100! ... show more

Very impressed with the quality of this product, especially for the price point. Husband does construction for a living and said this was some of the most thoughtful packaging he’s seen in a shower head- replacement nipples for the rain heads and wand were unexpected, as well as the teflon tape that was provided for installation. Plenty of mounting hardware, down to the wrench needed, was all in the box. Rain head is awesome and I love how wide it is. Wand works as expected or better. Looks nice when it’s all put together. Seriously, it’s a really nice shower head set, and I’ll probably purchase another at some point since the price is so budget friendly. You’d never know this wasn’t a $150 set when you’re using it.
