Description

Made from a special nitrile compound, the 727 and Nitri-Solve range are resistant to a broad range of solvents, animal fats and other chemicals. The case-hardened finish enhances both chemical and abrasion resistance and makes it easy to pull on and off. A bisque finish grip makes wet work easier and each glove is embossed with the size for ease of pairing after laundering.

Size and quality expected for the price. This is slightly better than what I was buying at my local brick and mortar home improvement store. I bought the 12 pack because the unit price is much better and I know I will need to replace them fairly often, and my local home improvement store hasn't had any in stock for almost a year now, so a 12pk sounds fine to me. They are a little thicker and a little more durable, but a tad bit more bunchy on my hands, which isn't a big deal - they still fit well enough for washing dishes. Nice fit, and comfortable. Bought the small size. Currently using them daily in the kitchen. The material seems thicker than the store-bought kitchen gloves. Main reason i bought these is they are Latex-free. I get rashes on my hands with latex gloves. $18 for 12 pairs is a good deal! Durability: Been using the 1st pair since Nov 2020, so far no holes yet. I can see where some reviewers are saying that after few weeks there are cuts on the gloves already. When you are washing knives or anything sharp in the kitchen, you dont realize that the utensils are cutting into the gloves bec you dont feel it. Just need to be mindful when washing sharp utensils. These run small, so you may want to get one size bigger than you normally would buy. Seems like great gloves (can’t say how long they will last because I just started using them 3 days ago but seems very sturdy but not so thick that I have trouble moving my fingers.. I use these for handling mineral acids and metal salts while doing electrolytic metal processing. I've been working with 90% sulfuric acid, 30-40% nitric acid, 30% hydrochloric acid, poisonous copper salts, and skin-staining silver metals, so I was going through a lot of disposable gloves until I found these. I was surprised to discover the X-large size can be slid off pretty easily without turning them inside out. This allows me to reuse the gloves (for months), and keep a dedicated set of gloves next to each experiment, reducing cross contamination. They do tend to collect moisture inside after a few hours of use, so now I'm storing them on a rack open side down (like glassware) so they will dry out. Concentrated silver nitrate salts will stain these brown on the outside, but I haven't seen any degradation despite long term usage with quite nasty chemicals. ... show more
