This is my second pair of these DeWalt work gloves, and they fit my hands almost perfectly—like they were tailored for me. For reference, my hands measure 8.5" around the knuckles, and the medium size is spot on. --- 💪 Durability & Comfort I’m a hardwood flooring mechanic, so my work is both labor-intensive and tough on the hands. These gloves have held up above average in durability for the demands of: Nailing down hardwood planks with a pneumatic flooring nailer Protecting my grip when hands get sweaty (no more slipping mallets!) Providing comfort and protection during long workdays --- 🔨 Excellent for Edging They’ve also been a big help when running the edger—the small rotary sander used along room perimeters and on stairs. Anyone who’s ever used an edger knows how punishing it can be on the backs of your hands as they bump and scrape against walls. These gloves saved me from a lot of that. --- 👍 Minor Notes They’re not touchscreen-compatible, but I didn’t expect them to be. Like others have mentioned, you may see some blue or black discoloration on the back of the gloves—just a bit of dye bleed from the leather. Not a deal-breaker at all. --- 🛠️ Final Verdict I’ll be buying these again—and probably a couple of extra pairs to keep as backups. The TPR impact protection on the knuckles isn't just for show; it’s a literal shield against thorns, jagged branches, and debris. Usually, "impact" gloves feel like wearing oven mitts, but these maintain enough dexterity that I'm not fumbling with my tools. I’ve been using these Dewalt Work Gloves for some major home renovations and heavy-duty manual labor, and I’m really impressed with how well they've held up. I have large hands and big thumbs, so I was a bit concerned about fit, but these gloves still feel comfortable and offer good dexterity. They’re not the best to use your phone with (that’s a small trade-off for durability), but the fingertips have been surprisingly tough. I’ve been using them for everything around the house, and they’ve really stood up to the challenge. The only issue I’ve encountered is a small hole in the webbing between the thumb and forefinger. Considering the work I’ve been doing, it’s not too surprising, but it’s worth noting. If it weren’t for that small hole, these gloves would easily be a 5-star product. Gloves are great for moving material around and using tools. Just know that I wear between L and XL so I got XL. XL is too loose on me. They run with a little extra room, imo, so if you want them tight and are between sizes, get the smaller size down.
