I picked these DeWalt DPG781s specifically for property maintenance and clearing brush on my 8 acres, and they have been a total game-changer. The TPR impact protection on the knuckles isn't just for show; it’s a literal shield against thorns, jagged branches, and debris. Usually, "impact" gloves feel like wearing oven mitts, but these maintain enough dexterity that I'm not fumbling with my tools. Reliable, durable, & perfect fit.

This is my second pair of these DeWalt work gloves, and they fit my hands almost perfectly—like they were tailored for me. For reference, my hands measure 8.5" around the knuckles, and the medium size is spot on. --- 💪 Durability & Comfort I’m a hardwood flooring mechanic, so my work is both labor-intensive and tough on the hands. These gloves have held up above average in durability for the demands of: Nailing down hardwood planks with a pneumatic flooring nailer Protecting my grip when hands get sweaty (no more slipping mallets!) Providing comfort and protection during long workdays --- 🔨 Excellent for Edging They’ve also been a big help when running the edger—the small rotary sander used along room perimeters and on stairs. Anyone who’s ever used an edger knows how punishing it can be on the backs of your hands as they bump and scrape against walls. These gloves saved me from a lot of that. --- 👍 Minor Notes They’re not touchscreen-compatible, but I didn’t expect them to be. Like others have mentioned, you may see some blue or black discoloration on the back of the gloves—just a bit of dye bleed from the leather. Not a deal-breaker at all. --- 🛠️ Final Verdict I’ll be buying these again—and probably a couple of extra pairs to keep as backups. I’d recommend them to anyone in construction or anyone doing medium- to heavy-duty work.

Rugged reliable gloves.

I like these gloves I use them for lifting weights. They are great because of the padding doesn’t tear up my hand from the rough metal grip on the dumbbell. They are valuable because they are tough and rugged. These will also be good for working on cars.

Nice and quality but run large. Go a size down.

Nice gloves and decent quality but they run big compared to other brands. I run a medium in all other brands I've tried and that size works consistently. However these in medium was like large in other brands. They were too big for me. So that's good to note. I would recommend going a size down. If you're normally large, get the medium. Unfortunately for me they don't sell a small for these specific gloves on amazon so I'm going medium from another brand (on amazon). Seem to be good quality and fair protection though.
