They seem like they really stick and thick enough. They feel like those pads you remove jar lids with. The bad part for me was that I couldnt make them like the directions told you to. Put the shoe on it and trace. Wasted a couple doing that. Going to order more. I had to stick them on to the bottom of shoe first and just cut off the excess. ... show more
