I'm a short guy. Or at least I feel like it often. I got these on recommendation of finding "lift inserts" to try out. There's a sort of giddiness that comes with suddenly being a smidge taller. If you have weak ankles or bad balance - or especially if you live anywhere that gets icy - get used to these without the second level for a while. It definitely changes how you walk at first. They breathe OK but absorb sweat like any insole so be mindful if you want these to last! I've used them for hikes and hills and cardio workouts, they hold up well. Not all shoes will be able to fit these. I ended up needing to get longer shoelaces so I could get a secure fit - keep that in mind for sneakers. Wouldn't reccomend for construction or other heavy lifting / safety-first environments. If your workplace says you can't wear heels, platform shoes, or wedges on the job for safety concerns, these are probably considered wedges functionally - leave them at home. Being a short king while on the clock is better than having a sprained ankle.

Here's why I'm giving them four stars: First and foremost, the quality of the shoe lifts is excellent. They are made from durable materials that feel sturdy and reliable. I appreciate the attention to detail in their design, as they seamlessly fit inside my shoes without causing discomfort or drawing attention. I did have to trim them to fit however this was very easy to do. The discreet nature of these lifts allows me to wear them confidently without anyone noticing that I'm using them. The added height that these shoe lifts provide is remarkable. They offer just the right amount of elevation, giving me a significant boost without compromising on comfort. The adjustable layers allow me to customize the height according to my preference, making them suitable for various occasions and shoe styles. Whether I'm attending a formal event or going for a casual outing, these shoe lifts seamlessly adapt to my needs. The reason I haven't given a full five-star rating is the initial adjustment period. It took me a few days for my feet to get used to the padding of the soles and unfortunately if you already have feet pain don't expect these to solve anything. Also took some time to get used to the new height, as my body had to adapt to the change. However, this is a minor concern that fades away quickly once you become accustomed to the lifts. Overall, they are well-designed, durable, and provide the perfect amount of height enhancement. If you're looking for a discreet and comfortable solution to elevate your height, I highly recommend giving these shoe lifts a try.

These things are a joke I don't have a wide foot and these things barely covered half of my foot. Complete waste of money they need to add an inch on each side just for a normal person so if you have a large foot that's wide don't get these. These things must be for smaller women with petite feet or children with skinny feet they are definitely not for a man

Pros: these insoles fit perfectly in most of my shoes without any modifications and increase the height Cons: They are super uncomfortable and I can’t wear them for long walks because of how much legs hurt after wearing them.
