I like the cushioning this insole provides. My complaint is the weird bump in the middle. It advertises arch support (which is on the instep of the foot, but there is a raised portion of the cession toward the center of the foot. For me, it's a little annoying.

Idk how some people killed these in a short time I have a set in my Columbia winter shoes and in my daily shoes. They have actually outlasted my last pair of shoes and are now in a new pair.
