These are very cushioned insoles making them extremely comfortable. They also offer very good support especially with the unique metatarsal support. However, I only gave 4 stars because they are not quite wide enough for my wide shoes. My pinky toes fall off the edge of the insole and rub against the shoe. its definitely better than nothing but my feet are sliding inside and idk... for some reason they slide to the side so im walking on the side of my feet kinda. not sure if its the soles fault or not tbh.

Love this. Used these for my cowboy boots when I went to the Taylor Swift concert. They were way too big so I ended up just cutting them down and they worked great. Very comfortable!

Although not really like a true memory type foam (it rebounds much quicker and has higher resiliency than the memory foam used in other products), it is nonetheless extremely comfortable. The heel area is very cushioned and is fairly thick which contributes to its shock absorbing properties. Due to this thickness, unless you have a very flat insoled shoe and shoes that are maybe a half size too large, you will want to make sure that you can remove the insoles in your shoes (some shoes like some Vans or Sketchers have their insoles cemented into place). In my case, I had ordered shoes that turned out to be 1/2 size too large. In addition, the shoes had a fairly hard/stiff sole insert which was relatively flat. So I just placed these inserts on top of the existing insoles and the fit was perfect! In addition, the added cushioning made the shoes extremely comfortable. I do not know how well these will hold up as I just placed them today. However, they seem to be well made. The ventilation holes appear to be very small so I do not know if they will effectively take care of foot moisture (with the current heat wave across much the US this will be tested soon). Although these inserts do not have a great deal of built in arch support, because the heel is pretty thick and “cushiony”, as your heel sinks a little into the insert, the arch area seems to be well supported, at least in my case, YMMV. At any rate, very pleased with the purchase so far. A great insole for a very low price compared to what you can usually get at your local CVS etc. ... show more

I bought these for a pair of sketchers that needed more arch support. Ummm, unless someone has a different experience or ideas, sketcher insoles are glued to the shoe and can’t be removed Placing these new insoles over the glued-in sketcher insoles makes the shoe nearly impossible to get on and the shoe is way too tight to wear. I messed up and trimmed the new insoles before figuring this out (duh) so now I can’t return them. So, before you order these, make sure you can remove the insole that comes in your shoes - or don’t and be dumb like me. By the way, these insoles are pretty thick, but I think they might have been comfy. ... show more

Took out my inserts of sneakers for a trip to London. Placed these inserts in- they really help support me in multiple long walking tours. Unfortunately, after the trip, they really smell. They are not odor eaters. But if you need support -u will feel like u r walking on a cloud. Use if have have bad leg or Hips like me. But u will need to replace after your vacation due to odor -if your feet sweat. Recommend ... show more

I’ll keep these because they’re so comfortable and I have shoes I can use them in. But I was hoping I could trim them to length and use these insoles for sandals I’ll be wearing to a wedding. I love the sandals but they do need a little extra cushioning and arch support. These would work for that purpose except for the bright yellow color. I’d like to suggest the company make these in a solid beige, solid black, and maybe a few other common sole colors, so they can be used even if they’ll be visible. Because i tried them in several pairs of shoes where this might be an issue, and I feel certain they’d work fine. ... show more
