I have been looking for shoe inserts a long time - looking for cushion and arch support. Finally. Ok, these are cushy and comfortable for sore heels. There is enough cushion material that it provides arch support - I have high arches and am tired of the hard supports, which hurt after a while and have nowhere near the cushion. My heels have nowhere near the pain and tiredness they get from other shoes, even the higher end brands that advertise comfort and arch support. These fit in your shoes and require no breaking in, they just feel good. You do have to trim the down, I recommend using the insert you're replacing as a guide for correct trimming, as the lines marked on the soles aren't entirely accurate, at least not for my shoes. But they're easy to trim and stick in the shoes. I am not on my feet all day, just normal use and recreational walking, and these provide immediate relief from the soles that came with the shoes - nike, brooks, those type brands. so for me, walking is much more pleasent and less painful. One note when ordering. There is a choice of yellow or gray. Yellow is small, gray medium, and that is not clear as I ordered medium yellow and got small. Returning those was easy, but still I think that could be corrected on the description. ... show more

First of all, Amazon hired a great delivery driver. My pkg was delivered right at my door within the bldg. thank you for that. Second, these inserts needed no trimming. I wear a 7 1/2 and the inserts I ordered were 5-7. They fit perfectly and comfortable. Great find ! 🤗

For the price I was pleasantly surprised as I needed these to fill up space in my Dr Martin’s that were a tad to big beings they don’t do half sizes. I wasn’t ready for such comfort upon inserting them in my boots(which was so easy to cut the appropriate size like literally 5 min), they are like walking on my gel mattress topper I’m serious. They did the job I needed them to do and the added comfort will have me reaching for my boots more than ever now. Highly recommend especially at the price. ... show more

Although not really like a true memory type foam (it rebounds much quicker and has higher resiliency than the memory foam used in other products), it is nonetheless extremely comfortable. The heel area is very cushioned and is fairly thick which contributes to its shock absorbing properties. Due to this thickness, unless you have a very flat insoled shoe and shoes that are maybe a half size too large, you will want to make sure that you can remove the insoles in your shoes (some shoes like some Vans or Sketchers have their insoles cemented into place). In my case, I had ordered shoes that turned out to be 1/2 size too large. In addition, the shoes had a fairly hard/stiff sole insert which was relatively flat. So I just placed these inserts on top of the existing insoles and the fit was perfect! In addition, the added cushioning made the shoes extremely comfortable. I do not know how well these will hold up as I just placed them today. However, they seem to be well made. The ventilation holes appear to be very small so I do not know if they will effectively take care of foot moisture (with the current heat wave across much the US this will be tested soon). Although these inserts do not have a great deal of built in arch support, because the heel is pretty thick and “cushiony”, as your heel sinks a little into the insert, the arch area seems to be well supported, at least in my case, YMMV. At any rate, very pleased with the purchase so far. A great insole for a very low price compared to what you can usually get at your local CVS etc. ... show more

Great insoles for a cheap prices

These are most constantly supportive and cushioning insoles, over my entire footprint; truly the most pain relieving insoles I've found. I've tried at least a dozen insert solutions since last year when I fractured five bones in my left foot ..after missing a stair and coming down hard with that foot twisted impossibly inward - further than one would think possible. Since then I've had to replace all of my shoes with extra wide ones. And even after months of intensive PT, walking for ANY length of time has been miserably painful. That is, until I tried these shock-absorbing insoles! With these insoles, I can now take natural heel-to-toe steps without (without!) pain in any region of my 'changed' foot! That said, I'm _only_ recommending these for those who suffer from regular pain in the heel and ankle, and especially in the ball of the foot, and in the toes, ..and who also do NOT require a lot of arch support. These neutral insoles turned out to be PERFECT for my new condition. If you have something similar, do try these! ... show more

I purchased these to replace the insoles of my muck boots as I was tired of wearing my boots with folded up insoles. My boots are size 9 (women’s) and I got these size 7.5-10 in women’s. It was a perfect fit… and wearing them is the most comfortable thing ever! They are so squishy and comfortable- wish I would have bought these ages ago!
