Had hip issues do have to wear something in my left shoe only. Weird yes but these fit in my shoes they are comfy but not too bulky. Value move from shoe to shoe if I need to. Not as soft as I would have thought but so far they are working for me to receive the hip pain.

I bought these cushioned insoles XYGJ and fulfilled by Amazon for about $4. The insoles are FIRM and spongy. As such, there is less compression than massaging gel or memory foam insoles. While those insoles feel good initially, they do not "fluff" back up after 2 hours. For all day comfort, I prefer the consistent firmness for my feet. These are a good value for the price but not for everyone. The insoles are about half the thickness of the "4D" type accupressure insoles; (1/2 inch vs 1 inch at the heel). Both are FIRM. Since they are not as thick, the insoles will fit more comfortably in your shoes; (the top of your foot will not rub up against the top of the toe box). However, since they are thinner than the other brand, I pair it up with a thin memory foam insole on top. I essentially create multiple layers of different insoles. 🤔😵💫😃 The insoles I bought fit size 10 perfectly without trimming. If your foot is larger, the insole may be too short.
