Quick Take: A slim, freestanding shoe cabinet that holds more than expected—including boots thanks to the adjustable shelf. Easy enough to assemble, but it must be anchored for safety. Pros: -Narrow profile works in small entryways and hallways -Adjustable inner shelf allows storage of larger boots -Holds about 6 pairs of shoes in the top drawer, or 3 pairs of large shoes plus kids’ shoes in the bottom -Clear instructions and straightforward assembly (similar to IKEA furniture) -Keeps shoes hidden and entryway neat -Good price for the functionality Cons: -Small gaps at the bottom of drawers make it look slightly unfinished -Top drawer rubs a bit at the top when opening -Laminate finish isn’t very thick -Lightweight build requires anchoring for stability -Doesn’t sit flush to wall if you have base moulding (though anchor is adjustable) Full Review: I needed something to tame the pile of shoes in my really non-existent entryway/kitchen, and this shoe cabinet has been the perfect solution. The narrow profile doesn’t block the doorway, but it still holds a surprising number of shoes. The adjustable inner shelf is especially helpful—I can fit up to 6 pairs of regular shoes in the top drawer, and the bottom fits about 3 pairs of large shoes plus, I would assume small kids’ shoes, when adjusted for boots. There are some minor quirks. There’s a small gap at the bottom of both drawers, which helps them open smoothly but looks a little odd. The top of the upper drawer rubs slightly at the top when opening. The laminate finish also isn’t very thick, but overall the piece feels durable enough for everyday use. Assembly wasn’t too bad if you’re used to IKEA-style furniture. The instructions were clear, and everything came together as expected. The unit is lightweight, so it absolutely needs to be anchored to the wall—otherwise it can tip forward when opening heavy drawers full of shoes. Because of my base moulding, it doesn’t sit completely flush to the wall, but the anchor was adjustable enough to make it work. Overall, this cabinet keeps my entryway tidy, makes the space feel so much more organized, and is a good price for the amount of storage and function you get. Not perfect, but very practical and a great fit for small spaces.

The directions are clear and it comes with all the parts. But, if you don’t have a drill— it will take hours. My drill died halfway through and I had to use a screwdriver. Half the holes needed to be hammered through. It would also help to have a second person
