Yes. THIS is the hair mask to buy! This has given me fabulous results that I have never been able to achieve with expensive shampoo and conditioner. I have thick and wavy hair, which often makes me prone to frizz whenever the weather is hot/humid. From using extreme amounts of hair oils and gels to pricey anti-frizz sprays, nothing has lasted past the first hour of application. After using this product, my hair is smooth, soft, shiny, and above all much healthier. For reference, I use this once a week in this order: shampoo>hair mask>conditioner, however, I have been able to achieve practically similar results when omitting the conditioner as well. I was concerned about where this Shiseido hair mask would ship from and I was pleasantly surprised to receive it within 7 days. Then it got better— the smell is heavenly, it’s soothing to my dry ends, it calmed down my dry winter scalp and I don’t mind some silicons in it that are safe for hair and humans. I haven't used a ton of hair masks but my hair needs a bit extra lately. It's thick but seemed to glide on and spread nicely so I didn't feel like I had to use a ton of product to cover my hair. I concentrate on my ends and middle length (have waist long hair). I covered my hair with a cap and let it sit for about 30 minutes and then rinsed it out. My hair was soft and shiny. I have semi-course hair and been using different products to give a shine to my hair for many years now. By far, this is the best product I have ever used in my entire life! No real scent, which is good; it moisturize my hair phenomenally, and the effect of the shininess last for at least a week! Other products frizz my hair, but not this one and it is not sticky at all, which I love!! This mask leaves hair so soft and makes it so easy to brush out if you struggle with tangles. It also leaves hair smelling amazing!!

I’ve been using it for about a week now and my hair is very thin, and I noticed I’m losing a lot more hair than normal. It doesn’t break your hair it makes it fall out directly from the root. This is so disappointing.
    • Packaging leaks
The hair mask works nicely. My hair is silky & smooth. I have wavy frizzy hair and this definitely tamed it. Some of the mask leaked all over the box tho which is super disappointing. They need another layer of spillage protection on the inside of the jar.
