I have about 2500 miles on this rear tire so far, and it is holding up quite well. It may not be so great under wet road conditions, but haven't used it much on wet roads, so far. It works well on the street and is very quiet running and handles cornering well on paved roads. Not sure how it would go in soft sand or in mud, but would not expect this tire to be used a lot for major dirt riding fun. I ride in a rather modest way these days after 41 years of riding my Dual Sport, since I am rather old now, along with my bike, and for me this was an excellent tire for my motorcycle needs. I have tried much more expensive tires from other manufacturers and other tires by Shinko too. These 700 series tires are the best I have tried to date. The tires are quiet and run smoothly on pavement and do a very good job off road as well. I put front and rear on my DR 650 and have a rear on my KLR 650. These will be my go to tires for ADV bikes from now on. ... show more

I bought the 700 front and back for my 2023 klx 300sm . I use the bike 50 50 trail and street. The stock sm tire was not cutting it on the trail traction wise. This tire is awsome on the trail way more traction but what surprised me the most is that even being" knobby" it actually outperformed the stock supermoto tire on the street by far. Don't hesitate it's a budget tire but that's not how it performs. 800 miles so far very little wear if any. ... show more

I've tried dozens of times on my klr, tkc80's, dunlops, etc, I tried the shinko 705s for a few rears and while they lasted a little longer, I felt they were not so good in the wet. This 50/50 was a noticable improvement. Holds true at speed on the roads, decent in the wet, good dirt performance and still great mileage. Im dissatisfied that my rear is worn severely- almost wore out with only 1500 miles on it. 05 suki dr650s I tend to ride aggressively in all sorts of conditions- i also carry up to 150lb of tools on this bike regularly. Mobile diagnostics for heavy equipment. Over all- im extremely impressed with the handling in all conditions. These tires don't care- they just grip. They wear like a pencil eraser. ... show more

Replaced the stock DR 650 with this Shinko. it has not let me down, nice on the pavement and gives nice traction in the mountains, desert, snow,and muck......I would buy again I just ordered my 2nd set.....well pleased for an everything tire. It's been to 12,800 ft in the rockies, desert sand, and hours in traffic. Replaced at at about 1800 miles with 25% tread left. ... show more
