It came nicely packed n secure but the cap was a lil loose but wtv n there was a whole in the product (as shown in picture) but i don’t really care, ima use it regardless but if it is something that bothers u get it in person or just hope for a better outcome then me. I love this product , really disappointed that it arrived cracked and product was all over the inner box and packaging box . It could have been the heat causing the leakage but that’s why safe packaging is what i recommend
