I ordered 6 sets of these for my granddaughters for Christmas. The first g'daughter, who is in high school, opened them and proceeded to use them when the ink burst forth from the pen ruining several pages of her coloring book, getting all over her hands, and almost getting on the couch she was sitting on. We then set the girls up to a table and had them carefully read the instructions to make sure that that didnt happen again. It happened to each girl! And it did get on the table almost ruining the finish in it too!
