Pros. Well this thing works good - it starts off not feeling that deep - I mean it feels Great !! Then I over do it and feel sore the next day. It’s a Good sore !! 5 stars for the feel and deep ness !! Cons. Massage balls do not go all the way up enough - also they do not go all the way down enough. The neck part - I give this a 2 star - I almost returned it for this reason - it does Not fit anyone in my family - we are all of normal average heights. It says (and is) adjustable. That’s why I felt confident to try this one. However it still does not feel right on the neck area. I will use it for the back only. I’ll still need to find something for neck shoulders And to travel with. My niece has the best choice product one and hers “ Fits” the neck area so much better.

This is perfect for my office chair. Now that I am wfh kind of permanently due to COVID I am turning my home office into a spa ;). This massage pad has only minor flaws: 1. It just has one strap to fasten it to the chair on the top. I needs a second one on the bottom to keep the seat from sliding forward when I get up. 2. (I cannot just turn on heat and vibration for the "seat". Some option of the back massage also needs to be on. The heat takes at least 10 minutes to come fully on, at least I feel nothing for quite some time. I wish there was more instant heat.) - Turns out this statement is false. I can just turn on the seat! I thought I can only alternate between mode Shiatsu and Rolling for the back, but if lets say Shiatsu is on and I hit the Shiatsu button again it turns it off and not massage action is happening. Awesome. I do wish the timer had a higher setting than 15 minutes but no massage device has that. I assume it is a safety feature. But if you hit the timer button before the 15 minutes are over you can reset it to 15 minutes before it turns off. That saves you having to reapply all the settings. The massage can be adjusted via the remote control to the spot...literally! It is so relaxing that I tend to get sleepy...which is not that good when you are working I guess. It seems high quality and if issues above would be solved I would say it is perfect! It was definitely worth the money for me. I have it for 2 weeks now and it is in almost constant use. No issues so far and may back and buns feel good :)

Why oh why did I deprive myself of this sweet relief for so long!? Allow me to paint a clear picture of how jacked up my neck, back & shoulders have been for years - when I go to the massuese, they tell me by the end of the massage that all my knots have reformed because my body is attempting to implode itself like a supernova. As much as I would love to financially support a massage therapist, it simply isn't affordable for me at this time - so I've been on the hunt for a massage chair & I've found it! I was worried it wouldn't fit my body type (woman, 5'4, skinny neck) but it's divine. The heat feature actually gets hot! Not seared lobster red skin like when I emerge from the shower hot, but a good toasty. My favorite part is that the neck part sticks out far enough to absolutely destroy my upper traps (my biggest problem area) The vibrating seat is a nice touch, helps me to relax. I rigged this baby on my rocking video game chair so if I need a little more pressure I just lean back; truly a life hack.

The media could not be loaded. Before the pandemic and quarantine I could go drive into town and pay a professional massuese $45.00 per half hour to help one per week my back and stiff neck. Now with working from home my neck and back pain have increased with less movement or physical activity such as walking stairs or between buildings to change conference rooms. This increased sitting and listening sessions. I needed something that would feel like a massage and not become boring and address my pains from being sedentary. This has already paid itself off within two weeks. I was excited when it arrived and had already set my chair up and unpacked the massager and set it up then plugged it in. The rotating balls are positioned exactly where I need the massage, on either side of my spine, turning and rolling up and down and massaging your whole back in a way that is so relaxing. The massage balls can be changed to just roll up and down without turning around, which copies the motion of a massuese rolling their hands or fists up and down your back.
