It works well and its mostly quiet and effective. On my unit, you can only change the rotation with the heat feature on. Otherwise, without the heat feature on, the adjustments are only for speed. The action is good and its not too rough, but its very basic. Additionally, the "heat" is really not all that warm. Its also smaller, so if you have a wider neck, it may not be your best option. For the price, its worth it to try but in terms something that is universally useful, there are better options.

While I do get cramps here and there it's not an everyday thing. If I'm doing extra yard work once a month my back will start to hurt. It just so happened the day after I received this I could not get out of bed my back wasn't so much pain, so perfect time to try it out. Wow the massaging balls really do push deep into the muscle. The heat was not overbearing, it says not to put against bare skin but it was not hot for me at least. I was able to really push backwards into it pretty good without it slowing down or having issues massage so it is pretty powerful. At first there were some rough spots in the back but after a good 10 minutes it really melted the tension in my lower back. I was so happy I got this as it arrived at the perfect time. The price is great, well worth the purchase. It's made of strong material so I see this last thing for quite some time. It has three speeds, two directions and you can turn the heat to a couple settings.

My husband has constant neck, shoulder and back pain and this massager with heat has worked well to help him with his pain. This massager has both forward and reverse massage capabilities with 1 heat setting that helps ease his pain and provide pain relief. This massager is lightweight making it perfect for traveling and easily works in his reclining chair. This has become my husband's new favorite massager at a very good value. This would make a great gift for family and friends. This product comes with a qall.olug and a car charger making it very versatile to use.
