Was hoping these would be close to regular commercial grade terminals but they are indeed a thinner material. Not horrible but thinner nonetheless. I compared them to a couple other terminals I had for the same 10/12 awg wire gauge and this product measures on the low side of 21 gauge sheet metal (about .032") while the other two measure 19 gauge sheet metal (about .042"). I think they will still work for my purpose as I am not using in a super high amperage application but if you are using 10 or 12 gauge wire to its full current carrying capacity, I would shy away from these. ... show more

I'm using my power supply wire for powering T.V., air pump for air mattress, power supply socket , etc. in my van. You need a second (fuse block ) at end of heavy wire , and distribution blocks from 4 guage to 4 or smaller guage. Worth the money.
