Everyone's opinion on blankets is subjective I guess as far as what makes a blanket thick/thin or heavy/light. Reading through the reviews prior to purchasing one for myself, I could see there was a wide range from one end to the other. It may have something to do with climate and where we live I don't know. For example being a midwestern boy in our neck of the woods a heavy weight blanket would be something along the lines of a thick handmade quilt. Something so heavy that literally takes effort to move off of you but keeps you warm and snug as a bug while the weather outside is sub zero in winter. That said I wasn't expecting the Dezanbo Sherpa Fleece Throw 3D Patterned Blanket to be anything close to that. I just loved the pattern on one side and the sherpa fleece on the other and the pics looked like it would be very cozy to curl up with. Warm enough by the materials it was made of that it wouldn't feel too thin either. It was the perfect combination of style along with that comforting feel I was looking for. I wanted one immediately when I saw it. I knew it would look match and go with my overall decor in my home. I unwrapped it and the pattern wasn't exactly 3D it looked flat and matted. Quite honestly my first impressions were I loved the rich dark charcoal color and look but it didn't look as fluffy or even as thick as "I'd" anticipated. My tip to all of you which was what changed my mind after doing it is don't just not leave it to fluff out on it's own. It definitely needs the help of a full cycle in the dryer. I threw in dryer balls along with it and set the temp to permanent press. I wasn't sure if high heat would damage it but the delicate setting with low heat didn't seem like it would be enough to do much of anything. I went back to take it out and the pattern stood out like it should just like in the pics on the product page. The sherpa had fluffed up very nicely as well and there was a noticeable improvement in the feel of the blanket's thickness. THIS was how I was expecting the blanket to be and felt satisfied now as I was holding it in my hands. Overall I wouldn't go so far as to say the blanket heavy weight or light either by any means. I'd rate it more in the medium range between the two. It does have an added thickness to it due to the sherpa. If you are going for comfort, style, and that snuggly warmth, I don't think you can go wrong ordering one and the price makes it all the more reasonable for adding a little style and luxury to your home.

This throw is so soft, light weighted , and warm. I followed the instructions and put it into the dryer to fluff out…..that worked wonders. It’s not too long either. I am 5’4 , so this was the perfect length for me and as it lays across my Queen bed. I will purchase more!

I just upgraded my master bedding & for aesthetic reasons I wanted to go with cream/beige but I also have two large dogs whose main jumping point when riled up & coming in from outside is my bed.. so I decided a top blanket would be the best option. After browsing a while I found this blanket which was budget friendly, the perfect color & I loved the subtle boho-ish 3D pattern. Let me tell you it does not disappoint in person!! I’m now even more obsessed with my bed than I was before. This deep beige does a good job at hiding any dirty paw marks & also keeps dog fur & other debris off my comforter. I’m a hot sleeper so I can’t comment really on the warmth factor; although just laying on top of it makes me warm! I fold it over at bedtime so it’s still protecting the dogs half of the bed & they lovee sleeping on it! It doesn’t seem to gather dog hair either (it can be fairly easily brushed off). I live in Florida so the one layer was plenty enough for my needs, the backside is kind of a rough/unfinished Sherpa look but that also works for my needs aesthetically! I like my bed to look put together but lived in. This would still work if you like everything tight & tidy (see my nighttime photo from the first time I laid it out on the bed). Lastly, it washed great! I put it in the washer straight out the package & then in the dryer on low heat—which here the packaging & label on the blanket are confusing. The description here says you can put it in the dryer but the blanket tag says do not tumble dry. So first I put it in on air fluff but it would not dry so then I changed it to low heat & the blanket came out perfect with no damage. All in all I’d definitely recommend this blanket to a friend!
