Bought bike from NeroCycle. They changed the manufactures 12 month warranty 6 months. Battery lost power at six months and they would not warranty it. With only 350 miles I have replace both brakes and a shifter. Front derailer has never work properly.

I love this bike! It’s a bit heavy and big for me because I’m 5’6. I bought a spare battery that I ride with clipped to the back rack and this gives me piece of mind when going on long distance trips. While it adds an extra 7 pounds, the bike is very powerful.
