These are not a long term solution for outdoors storage but for the occasional party they're easy enough to assemble and take down for storage for the next use. With vare and proper set-up you can get 2-3 years out of them as a permanant shelter for boat, car, or lawn equipment for example.

I bought this last year as a replacement top but ended up putting over the old cover. It fit great and has been very durable. I wish they would make these tops in "extra large" with 10" extra on each side. The frame I use never quite popped together completely so the top is a "tight fit". Still fits but would be nice if there was a slightly bigger one available. ... show more

I put up this replacement cover ten days ago. It was very easy to install and fit my 10 x 20 Shelter Logic frame perfectly. It looked perfect...until today. First of all, when the product was delivered, I knew there would be problems. The second I picked up the box and almost threw it over my head I knew there was a quality problem. The original cover weighed three or four times what this one does. I was disappointed as soon as I opened the box and felt the thickness of the material. It’s similar to the cheapest tarp sold by Harbor Freight. I installed it anyway. I’m 62 and I had the replacement cover installed (by myself) in thirty minutes. It was super easy to install and looked great. The slightest breeze had the sides flapping but with all the new bungee cords it didn’t fly off. It has survived several afternoon rains without a problem. Today was 100 degrees so I’m sure the cover had expanded. Then the storm came. We’ve gotten at least two inches of heavy rain and it’s still coming down. I looked out to see a small pond in the roof of my shelter. Probably close to fifteen gallons have collected in the center of the roof. I knew this was going to happen but I didn’t expect it this soon. Rather than take it down and ship it back I’ll add some support beams to the frame. Maybe I’ll get a year out of it before I have to replace it...with a different product. UPDATE: This replacement shelter has been up for over a year and still looks good. The additional support beams (pvc pipe) made a world of difference. I’ll adjust my rating from a two to a four star. UPDATE: It’s now December of 2020. After being installed almost 18 months I’ve noticed the material has started separating toward the top but no leaks yet. I’ll be lucky if it lasts another six months. That’s still longer than I originally expected. The pvc pipe I installed for extra support made the difference. My rating dropped to a three star. UPDATE: Two years in and it’s still here. A few leaks in the center and the corners are getting delicate to the touch. It still works for the most part. ... show more
