  • Fantastic find!!
Color: Gray Size: 10' x 10' x 8' Style: Round Pattern Name: Storage Shed
Easily assembled in a day… I’m old and small. Much better quality than expected! I’m sure it will protect all my gardening gear for years to come!

  • Not as difficult to assemble as other reviews state
Color: Gray Size: 10' x 10' x 8' Style: Round Pattern Name: Storage Shed
I was a little wary of what to expect regarding assembly based on many of the reviews I read. I wasn't sure if parts would be labeled adequately or if the instructions might be vague. I bought the 10'x10'. All parts were well marked and the directions were very clear. I can see how some of the assembly might be difficult for those that don't have much mechanical ability. Mine was completely assembled by myself in about 2hrs. If you get a shelter more than 10' long you will likely need a second person to assist with getting the cover over the frame. One assembly step that I think was done too early in the process was to install the anchors. Personally, I would wait until the two end covers are installed so that you have good tension but not too much so as not to strain the zippers. Cons: The ratchet strap mechanisms are pretty cheaply made. I didn't trust them so I swapped them out with more heavy-duty ones. ... show more

  • AWESOME SHED MUST BE TIED DOWN
Color: Gray Size: 10' x 10' x 8' Style: Round Pattern Name: Storage Shed
This is actually my second ShelterLogic Shed. I lost the first one last year when we were hit by Hurricane Sandy. Based on my experience with these sheds, you should expect to get about five years out of it before it starts falling apart. In my opinion that's still a good value based on the cost of a wooden shed which may last longer but cost five to ten times as much. I use my to store a motorcycle, lawn mower, and snow blower. Tying the shed down to the ground is NOT an option. It's required. Even a gentle wind will blow it away like a kite. The mistake I made with the first shed is I used augers on the front but tied the back down to a chain-link fence that it was abutted to. When Sandy hit it ripped the shed and fence right out of the ground and literally pulled the shed and snow blower clean across the yard. I view Sandy as a 100-year anomaly and so with some reservation I replaced the shed with this new one (round roof). This time I tied down all four corners to augers and it has been serving faithfully for some months now. When the shed arrived it was missing several parts. It was not clear to me if they had possibly fallen out of the box or were never in the box to start with. To be frank, at the time I was rather miffed. However, I called the customer support line. In about two minutes I explained the problem and two days later the correct parts were arrived via UPS. I was quite pleased with the response. PROS: - Excellent value for the money (compared with other shed options). - Easy to setup. It took me about two hours (I'm pretty handy). - Totally waterproof. - Awesome customer service (if you need it). - Good quality construction (okay, it's made in China...but it's still well made). - Good for five years. - Easy to move if you ever need to. CONS: - No floor. I made one using pressure treated lumber which cost me about $100. Well worth it IMHO. - Must be tied down to augers. As noted above, this is NOT optional. - Not too ugly. I like the round roof over the standard roof. Would I buy another one: Absolutely. ... show more

  • Assembly directions are terrible.
Color: Gray Size: 10' x 10' x 8' Style: Round Pattern Name: Storage Shed
If you try to assemble according to directions good luck.!!! I had to skip the part about putting the pipes into the sleeves on the two End parts due to the difficulty. For that reason I would not recommend purchasing this.!!!

  • Love it even in snowy/windy Upstate NY
Color: Gray Size: 10' x 10' x 8' Style: Round Pattern Name: Storage Shed
We live in Upstate NY in a place that gets heavy Spring snow and high winter winds off the lake. We didn’t have the funds for a garage although that’s in our plan. We looked into sheds and building our own but that was costly and we weren’t sure on if we wanted the permanency. Then we found this shed. We couldn’t love it more. It’s perfect for us. I read through the reviews and someone mentioned the best way to support it in the wind is to build a deck to secure it to. We decided to do that and I added supports inside for the roof to protect from the weight of the snow. We also put it on the side of the house that is protected from the wind just in case. We’ve made it through our first winter and while I did clear the snow off three or four times all winter, I didn’t do it religiously or regularly. It was raining off and on when the box came but I still managed to put nearly the whole thing together on my own including all the pipes, standing things up and connecting them. . . In the rain. We needed it to get done ASAP bc the snow was coming. My wife helped me square it, add the cover, tighten it and secure it to the deck. The instructions were very easy to follow and everything was labeled clearly. Literally one just makes several of the same type of section and then connects them together. I think I could redo it without instructions right now and it’s been over six months since I put it together. It’s the perfect size for us. We went with the dome to allow for less chance of snow build up. I have included photos of part of the deck we built, the 2x4 interior supports, and what we used to connect it - just a few eye bolts from the hardware store. I would absolutely recommend this shed even in snowy, windy areas as long as you secure it well. ... show more
