I was super excited to use these for a wedding with new shoes I purchased. In trying them on they seemed like they would do the trick but after an hour of wearing them my feet were screaming. It felt no different than if I had worn the shoes without them. Back on the hunt to find something else. I only gave them 3 stars because the concept is great, they stay in place, and they’re completely hidden. Most insoles move so it was great to have the confidence knowing they were staying in place. I had to remove the little toe band cause it was too tight, but it stayed in place. Wish it had just a bit more cushion to it, but it def helps dealing with high heels!

They only last for maybe an hour or two. I have worn them with 4 separate shoes on various occasions. Not really worth purchasing.
