I don’t use shampoo often. Usually only 1x per month unless I swim, am around a lot of smoke or color it. I dry scalp brush and condition and rinse 2-3x per week. I have very curly hair and chemically treat it and it tends to be dry. This shampoo is not drying in fact it maybe helps with moisturizing is color safe and gentle. It is a great shampoo, love it, always buying it, wont return it because need it, but was not packed great, shampoo was spill over the box, maybe only 1/4 cup, just be careful on the packaging.

Love this stuff! It has a nice coconut smell, and makes my curls tighter but also softer. I use this, the conditioner, and the smoothie, and does a decent job of containing the frizz. This bottle is huge, but is somehow cheaper than in stores, so subscription added!
