The rug came unpackaged and not rolled up as rugs normally come, it was folded in many different directions. I have waited to post a review with hopes all the many many wrinkles caused by the way it was sent would come out. It has been 1 month and after laying flat, placing things on it and hoping sunlight would help all the wrinkles are still in the rug. The rug itself looks just as pictured. I would be happy with the purchase if it didn’t have all the many wrinkles. I unfortunately have wasted 200.00.

I would never have bought this if I had seen it In person. It didnt go as well with my room as I thought it would. Totally not their fault. Great service and was able to return no problems. It was larger than I was expecting too. Once again my fault though.

This is very pretty runner, low profile- good for kitchen . Exactly like pictured. But on my kitchen tile floor it’s slippery. 🙁I don’t like to use tape , because I must move it to swipe the floor each time I cook . And I don’t like to put the pad underneath, because it’s will be much taller . So , I am not really happy. The matching rug I got —- is terrible, cut is so uneven, folds doesn’t get smooth. The return for the rug coast $80 ( rug is $90-100) so not worth the trouble to return!

Purchased a 4 x 4 rug. After arrived of course the edges are curled up. I rolled it out and let it sit for a few days but it would not uncurl. Also it wasn’t a perfect square as it was supposed to be. I received a return label through Amazon and return the product to rugs.com. When I called to find out about my refund they told me it was Amazon’s issue. She said you bought it from Amazon they issued you the return label they need to give you a refund. I know the product was delivered to them on February 2 because I have tracking but customer service representative said she has no way of knowing whether they received it or not. Insisted that I called Amazon and that was that. Definitely a case of customer no service stay away.

Cheaply made. Very thin. I have had them a week and still wont lay flat. Had books on them to try and help. They have ripples. And the color definitely isn't as bold as in the pictures. Very muted colors. Not super happy with these.
