I've tried a lot of shampoos and conditioners for my flaky scalp, even prescription ones. Needless to say, it didn't work. I tried this for the first time 2 weeks ago, and my hair hasn't been flakey at all. First I conditioned my hair and then shampooed it! I knew it was working because my head was "burning." it was the apple cider vinegar, I believe, but after I let the conditioner sit for 25 minutes and the shampoo for like 10 minutes or so (its says 2-3 min but my head is flaky-flaky)... and after it dried, I noticed my texture and hair were soft and smelled better. The best thing for my itchy scalp. I have been searching for a product that was gentle enough to use a few times a week and would soothe my scalp and this is it. I've been using it for a few months now and my hair is so much healthier.

Love them! Really helped with the dandruff. Went like almost a month without washing my hair and the dandruff were at bay till like the last three days. A miracle compared to the last shampoo and conditioner I used!

I felt the shampoo and conditioner were very moisturizing on my ends and helped reshape my curls. Unfortunately, it didn't help with my psoriasis scalp scales. But I believe it would help someone who struggles with a regular dry scalp. The smell was lovely.

Shampoo is fine, conditioner sucks tho if you have any kind of skin sensitivity. I think it might be the fragrance they use in it. But even then, it has massive build-up issues for your hair and isn't super hydrating. If you're gonna buy this product, just get the shampoo and use a different conditioner. Personally I don't even use a traditional conditioner; I use cerave's "acne control" salicylic acid/Shea butter "cleanser" because it's so heavy with shea, combined with the sal, it's *perfect* as a scalp conditioner/treatment. ... show more

Worst shampoo I’ve used! This shampoo makes your hair really dry, it’s hard to make a lather with it. I am not battling with hair loss and contact dermatitis as a result from using this shampoo. I will never buy from this brand again!
