Love the powdery ice but it just didn't work right. The button sticks, ice blocks are too small and it takes an unreasonable amount of time just to make 1 cup. Very disappointed. Returning this item ASAP. Don't waste your time or your money.

I loved the color worked great . My only complaint is after 3 months it works slower, would recommend if not used constantly and everyday. Good value and a very quiet machine compared to other it has stood up to our constant use.

Worked the first time, after that it did nothing but turn and no shaved ice would come out. So now every time I use it, it will take me a long time playing with it to get the shaved ice out of it. Not consistent at all! I love the shaved ice but disappointed in how long it takes for it to work!
