Love the powdery ice but it just didn't work right. The button sticks, ice blocks are too small and it takes an unreasonable amount of time just to make 1 cup. Very disappointed. Returning this item ASAP. Don't waste your time or your money.

My two boys love this shaved ice machine so much! They got some snow cone flavor at the market and made their own KONA ICE. The machine is easy to use and operate. Easy to clean. This is great for our hot summertime in Arkansas. This is perfect for their birthday parties and family get-togethers. It's a great machine, with decent quality and material. Worked the first time, after that it did nothing but turn and no shaved ice would come out. So now every time I use it, it will take me a long time playing with it to get the shaved ice out of it. Not consistent at all! I love the shaved ice but disappointed in how long it takes for it to work!
