we used it once, and have not had to clean it due to not spilling. wait the 10 minutes to warm up and it does well cooking the marshmallows. tray is convenient but i wonder if the heat will melt the chocolate. extremely hot, monitor young children.

Two sides to my review. First, overall, the product works well. We let it heat up for about 10 minutes and it roasted marshmallows like a champ, much to my family's excitement. So, 5 stars for that. But for the second portion of the review. I bought it for a birthday gift during quarantine time. So, we ordered it about a month ago and just opened it to for a birthday. It is missing the safety cap or the cap that covers the burner itself, maybe it is more decorative that anything, but.....it still works without it so we used it because it was the most exciting thing to the birthday girl. Anyway, so I reached out to the company MerchSource as noted in the owners pamphlet. They offered no help, said there are no replacement parts available and to return it. But as I said before returning it isn't that easy given the situation. So, 3 stars for their review due to customer service.
