  • Measure your shoe not your feet.
Size: X-Large
Size X-Large slides with 16 spikes per shoe on the underside for expoxy application. These awesome epoxy spike shoes are made for all sorts of jobs, especially when things get messy; They're perfect for working with resin, leveling floors, and all that epoxy stuff They're super safe too, with a good grip so you won't slip; That means you can focus on your work without worrying about falling or slipping. They're an XL size, so they're comfy, and you can wear them for hours without getting tired; Plus, they keep all the junk out The spikes are arranged just right, so the pressure is even, and you get a super strong grip on wet or freshly coated floors. They're practical and make you feel safe. There is a bolt plate that touches the bottom of your feet so the pressure will stop the spikes from out compared to if they were only fitted from the bottom. I prefer these to the strap on converter for your regular shoes. Although the strap ons are a cheaper price ranging at $15-$20 the strap-ons can slip off if not tighten properly and if that happens if in the middle of work.... that would be so annoying. Also im comfortable wearing slides. Personally I'd rather pay a higher price minus the stress. The back of the slides have a grip lip to stop your feet sliding backwards. Only bad point that can happen is dripping expoxy on your shoes whilst wearing the slides. So maybe a cross type toes covered design would be more ideal. You would wear your regular shoes inside these slide. There are barriers to prevent you shoes from slipping. I would definitely recommend measuring your shoe. Not your feet size because some shoes are bigger than others even though they fit your feet. The XL works fine for us because it accommodates regular shoes and work boots too. ... show more

  • Great Fit, saves me SO much time not needing to repair where I walked
Size: X-Large
I did not know these existed! I have been wanting to do my basement floor for so long, and these will make things much easier. I say this because with " normal shoes" you will either get stuck, leave prints, slip etc. These have "spikes" but the bottom of the spikes are flattened out at the tip. So when I did a 6x6 area to test out my skills with pouring epoxy, I was able to slip these on and they have a unique way of fitting and holding on to your feet/boots, there is what I would call a "Flap" that presses against the top of your foot to ensure they stay on. I was able to walk on the epoxy with these on and did not ruin my work, as I walked the "holes" in the wet epoxy filled back in quickly. The build quality of the materials used feels like a rubberized foam? without saying a brand of shoes I hope you know which I'm speaking about. Don't get me wrong, you can still slip if you are not careful, these are not meant to grip the floor, they are meant to make it easier to walk on the epoxy without getting stuck for leaving foot prints. I wouldn't say they are easy to clean, but as long as you can make sure there is no epoxy on the spikes I would think that is good enough. They are a bit pricy for what I would say are "spike inserts" and rubber, but as long as they last it will be worth the time and headache from wearing regular shoes and boots on the wet epoxy. ... show more
